The receptionist asked us to go back and look for it, so we all went back to the room to look for it. The remote control is on the small sofa under the TV, covered by a small pillow. We immediately found it for him as soon as we returned, and he blame us and said we should put back into the original places. Read more整體服務態度不夠親切 打電話去問 態度不好 到現場那個男生態度還是一樣不好 一直都跩不啷鐺的感覺 但我們寄放東西後就離開了 到晚上回來要拿東西 遇到的女服務員 態度也是一樣差 一樣一直說不能怎樣不能怎樣 聽不懂我們問的意思 都要一直去解釋字眼的意義才聽的懂超傻眼 口氣都很差 一下子說拿東西要有房號 但我們根本還沒入住哪來的房號? 那個男生並沒有告訴我們..... 就讓我們放東西 他又大聲說那訂房大名 才說要幫我們拿東西 無言 並幫我們辦理入住! 最後跟我們說因用訂房網站訂房 所以不附早餐 我們理所當然詢問早餐多少? 並想說問一些細節 但他整體一直瘋狂強調一餐150元 我們聽了4、5遍150元 中途還因為裡面人員問他事情 就口氣差的叫我們「等一下」 直接關門進去回覆另外服務員問他的問題 難道我們坐計程車到然後下車的人 沒卡車子在你門口就可以被這樣怠慢? 因為後面有車子進來 裡面就有別的服務小姐彈出來 客人車子開走還90度鞠躬欸!!!! 然後我們面對的就是不知道在跩什的態度 還不趕緊解釋清楚早餐的細項 畢竟前一間訂房就有附麥當勞 我們當然想要問早餐內容是什麼 才選擇要不要購買150元的早餐吧! 而且也想詢問時間是幾點才能確定 要不要起來吃早餐吧!!! 怕太晚決定 所以問說最晚可以確定要吃早餐 也是用一種逼死人的方式說盡快 一直想把我們打發走的方式 真的讓人很不舒服 隔天早上男友要先趕高鐵下高雄開會 因為前一天是我拿房卡帶他進去 他很累壓根沒記得是幾號房 到門口被小姐攔住問幾號房 才能離開也不幫忙叫計程車 一定要他回頭確認 但就在趕時間到底為何要這樣? 後來我發現他東西沒拿所以line他 他就說要回來拿並確認房間 我就乾脆幫他叫車免得要看別人臉色 最後出去又打來房間問我 是先生要先離開嗎? 拜託!如果今天真的有什問題 一人先離開那你區區一個服務人員攔的住? 然後終於以為落幕了 突然又開始廣播要消防演習 我覺得講一次通知就算了 不知道那個廣播人員到底發生什麼事 重複講了7、8次 稍等會進行消防檢查,如有警報聲響請勿驚慌 但我從頭到尾都沒聽到警報聲響的聲音= = 不懂演練什麼?????
