花蓮海明蔚海景民宿 — Hotel in Shoufeng

I expected a terrible stay in view of previous reviews, however, we were very much surprised. The seaview was good and you can laze in bed and watch the sunrise. The room was clean, tidy and spacious with a small sofa. The toilet has basic toiletries provided with a circular bathtub next to the window where you can soak next to the beautiful seaview. Breakfast was healthy and delicious, cooked by the owner, complete with barley, homecooked soya milk, tea and coffee. Do not expect chatty service from the owners. Our guide said that this current building is new and probably older reviews were for the older smaller building which the owners...

海景10分 寵物友善程度5分 室內清潔3分 舒適度2分

一打開房門，透過整面落地窗看到的是一望無際的海景，的確令人震撼，殊不知震撼的還不只如此.....

1.關於電梯：設有電梯是個很棒的無障礙友善環境，對寵物也是如此，但電梯需要感應卡解鎖，每戶僅有一張房卡、電梯感應卡，且電梯感應卡還鎖定特定樓層，要說是落實節能省電的概念也好，但其實對於僅三層樓，而二三樓總房數不超過十戶的建築來說，我想電梯設置與後續維護的費用跟它提供的效益是不成正比的。如果統一大門口有門禁管制，我想透過電梯感應卡來做安全防護也就可以免除，讓設置電梯的美意徹底發揮作用。

2.關於清潔：海邊環境鹽份高，所以建築物、家電設施的折舊率絕對高於一般住戶，我也住過海邊，家裡陽台就可以看到沙崙海岸，所以我可以理解海邊建築的高維護費用。但，『設備可以舊環境不可以髒』。光腳在室內走動，腳板是黑的，床底下也是一片白霧，毛巾櫃後方有黑色顆粒物，個人覺得這樣的清潔程度與房價不符。

3.關於寵物友善：狗對你們來說是狗，對我們來說是家人，我們願意花一晚七千元的住宿費來到這裏，應該不是想披頭就聽到「你為什麼要養這麼大隻的狗？」這樣的話。聽到我們一行三家都帶著狗出遊，就說我們是狗奴才。也許你只是想跟我們聊個天，但你可看到我們身邊也都有小孩，我們從未讓孩子視狗為物，也從不會自貶為奴才。與其花時間跟我們用這麼不舒服的話語聊天，倒不如趕快積極處理我們朋友那戶壞掉的冷氣。

4.關於設備：我對於四人房的定義就是四張單人床或是兩張雙人床，殊不知我們房內的雙人床有一張躺上去就吱吱嘎嘎作響，我與女兒兩人總重絕對不超過80公斤，但我們一翻身就吱吱作響。另一張雙人床更是令人瞋目結舌，居然是兩張沙發椅拼組而成，但與上方床墊尺寸不合，所以睡到床中央會有凹陷感。如果真有這種情況，是否老闆能先述明，我也不會為難。但以這種形式來當做四人房裡的雙人床，商業誠信讓人失望。四人房與雙人房加床是不一樣的吧！

5.關於早餐：謝謝熱情的阿嬤來關心我們要不要加份量，但能讓我們一行十人都無法完食，我想應該也不需要再要第二份了。若以營養均衡的立場來看，民宿給孩子的早餐實在不太理想，未熟透的鬆餅上淋有巧克力醬、火腿切肉邊、芝麻蛋糕、荷包蛋、西瓜鳳梨各一片....

6.關於房卡：一戶僅有一張房卡，電源及門鎖感應都要靠那一張卡，十分不友善，著實令人無解為何如此！
