As we arrived on the bus, the hotel looked inviting after a long day of sightseeing. ||||Our Room #203 a triple with a double bed and a twin bed overlooked the spacious enclosed interior lobby. The room was decorated in light beige color walls with accent matching carpet. The desk, chair, nightstands furniture were light color natural wood creating close relationship with nature. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Too bad we are only stayed one night.||||The bathroom was modern with marble walls and floor. Walk-in shower and in-room hot tub. ||||Spa Paradise:||It was a family place enjoying the exciting atmosphere. It has hot spring slide, hot whirlpool, and ultrasonic bath for everyone in the family. I can still hear the sound of children screaming and laughter from the hot spring slide.||||Open Air Spa:||The hotel mineral springs comes directly below ground source bicarbonate spring. Since the perfect spring quality is both colorless and odorless, after bathing the skin is smooth and soft.||||Outdoor Evening Show:||The evening show was a song and dance show performance by the local aboriginals. They were very talented. After they show the audience was invited to take pictures with them.||||Naruwan Buffet Restaurant||We had both dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant. Naruwan offered American, Chinese, Japanese, European, and Taiwanese cuisine - taking the best or favorite dishes of each cuisine and presents as a buffet. The multitude of entrees and side dishes were both vegetarian friendly and vegan options.||||With the great service and wonderful food, I felt RELAX AT SPA RESORT ... at Hotel...
Read moreAs expected hotel room is good spacious, premium bed quality buffet breakfast have many variety to choose. Variety of amenities. The natural hot spring is one of it kind. If you check in to this hotel don't forget to try it..... I just want to give the hotel a little advice. Your hotel is of international quality which people come from different countries. Not all people can read chinese or even English and even if they can read not many follow or read the rules inside the bathing area.... like when i was inside the hot spring tub... suddenly 3 kid with there father can in ... first with out taking there bath they got in the tub soaking and very noisy. But honestly the rule are written in engligh and chinese. For sure they from western countries. White skin (shame on then). That is not yet the end of the story. After them 3 local taiwanese came in also don't take there bath then go directly to the hot tub. Which make more disappointed because they local ( this local are in there middle age maybe 55 to 66 yrs old.) And not to forget they also noisy with no respect to other... chinese speak of wisdom but they don't have it... To make the story short and a little advice to the management . Japan have many hot spring bath with audio visual introduction on how to use they amenities... that is why most people know to follow rules and regulation and respect other user .... Have a nice day to the management and all who come to read my review... whether rich or poor educated or not.... where ever we go we bring with as our on reputation and wisdom respect other God...
Read moreThis is a large, luxurious, but slightly dated spa-type hotel, in a hot-spring area. It is set in a lovely natural environment and offers many facilities to take advantage of the location.||My room was quite handsome with a good bed, two night tables, a desk, a low chair with coffee table, TV, and a room safe. There was no separate chair for the desk so I had to use the coffee table chair which was uncomfortably low. Unusually for a hotel in this class, there were no USB charger outlets. The room was very cold but only a light duvet was provided for the bed, so I and others in my group had an uncomfortably cold night.||The breakfast buffet was extensive but uninspired. I arrived as soon as the buffet opened but found the scrambled eggs completely cold. There were two flasks of filter coffee sitting on a hot plate, but both were luke warm because the hot plate temperature was set too low. At the omelette preparation station, several fried eggs had been prepared and then left on individual plates for anyone who wanted them, which again ensured that the eggs would be at best luke warm.||A supposedly 5 star hotel should not offer guests unheated rooms in uncomfortably cold weather, and it should not serve carelessly prepared...
