Hotel Sukimi is located within walking distance from the Dongmen Night Market (but not that the NM is only opened on mon, wed and fri)the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable sizethe hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out.. i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast toolocation of the hotel is slightly inside a residential area not in sight from outside the road.. quiet and sereneoh they have ample parking lots underground the hotel or juz outside the hotel @ a low hourly rateoverall i would recommend stay at this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻ps forgot to take...

Update after a few years. We had to suddenly book a hotel at Tainan, came back here as our previous experience was quite good. We booked on the day, still have rooms to choose online.
The room is still clean enough, though our bedding has a bit of a food stain mark at a corner, the toilet is making a slight leaking noise, but otherwise it's great.
But what came down big time is the breakfast, still breakfast voucher, but other than the rice and congee, everything is cold. Barely luke warm.
They also now tell us to park at the public parking beside as they are saying their underground parking is quite full and would be hard to maneuver with our car, but last time we brought an even bigger car in without problems at all, but this now requires us to unload our heavy luggages then park.

It is near a number of popular tourist spots e.g. Confucius Memorial, Museum of Ancient hero General Cheng, etc. They can be reached easily by walking.||||The receptionists and staffs are all very helpful and pleasant making the guests feel at home.
