Jack Castle — Hotel in Tainan

Saw this place on Xiao hong Shu and decided to stay in for my family as we have 2 young toddlers. Was really impressed with the facilities and the in room toys were really plenty to keep the kids occupied. Location is quite central as well however one of the down side is the cleanliness is not up to expectation . The bedding smells abit and it feel like the toys and slides were not sanitised very well. From the time we checked in till we checked out, we did not come across a single personnel at the reception area. Our point of contact was all via messaging through line. There is also only one access key card. Over all, if you are not that particular on hygiene, this place is ideal as the kids love it however I will give 2.5/5...
