【Enjoy Sleep Hostel】 享睡國際背包客棧 — Hotel in Taitung City

The staff here is outstanding. Particularly two of the girls at the reception, Hillsea and Tiffany, were so helpful. They speak perfect English and can give you excellent advice about activities to do around. They made some research to help me find the schedule for trains and gave me great suggestions for restaurants and cafes. |The common area has great atmosphere. They serve draft beer and some good bottled beers, mainly Belgian ones. ||The downside is that the building is old and lacks maintenance. I stayed in the double room, which is big but feels empty. The walls need a paint job, the bed mattress is really hard. It is a reasonable price during the week considering that it's a private ensuite room, but during weekends the price goes up 50% and it's not worth it in my opinion.||There is no wifi in the rooms. You can connect only in the common area, which is open from 10AM to 10 PM approximately. Sometimes the staff leave in the evening so they close the area. If this is an issue for you, you should buy a SIM card.|There are no water distributors or kettles to boil water like in most places I stayed in Taiwan. good for international travellers, especially backpackers who love making new friends from all over the world. the lounge is cozy and relaxing. owners speak fluent English and other languages. don't hesitate to ask. provides only body and hair shampoo as well as hair dryer. remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. well convenient store is just a corner away ;) location can be spotted easily and is near to most of the must-go spots and attractions. for people who are allergy to noises, please book a single, isolated, private room earlier for peace of mind ;) things can be better and easier with an open heart and perhaps...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Wow, such a nice experience - thanks for the great time here in Taitung !   This hostel is running by a lovely couple. Since the first second I felt like I visit my friends.
