I had few hot spring villa vacation experiences in Taiwan, but I can't denied that this is the most amazing hot spring villa experience in Taiwan so far. The hotel is located in mountain area, which you can enjoy the nice mountain view, waterfall , tea farms, vegetables and fruits farms at the surrounding. Unlike city, without too much light pollution, you can enjoy at clear night sky (starry nights) for free at night. ||||First at all, let talks about the room. I stayed in old zone. Room is big, no doubt. Beside bed, there are a common area in room, then the most special design for the room is a semi opened bath room. You can enjoy the hot spring bath in the tub while enjoy the great scenery around you including mountain , clear sky , clouds, ,moon or starry night view in the villa privately. ||||Of course, there are a public hot spring pools, and you can have great hot spring experience with your family, and family if you like. ||||Then about services and foods. The foods (dinner, and breakfast) are charged in your room fees. You can have your dinner and breakfast in the restaurant , they will served you great and delicious foods,||||Service is great, and the owner and workers are friendly. This hot spring resort exceeded all our expectations. Private onsen with great water supply. Nice dinner and breakfast. Scenic location. We were looking for somewhere to stay before our Yushan summit other than Dongpu lodge or Alishan .. we were so glad that we found this place. To book this place, we use LINE chat and was able to secure our booking. Not much lunch option in the nearby village when we arrived and travellers should consider stopping on the main highway for food before turning into...

Families with kids... beware. Beautiful location and nice rooms, but for the price (4800) the dinner was very light. I love veggies but only veggies and a bony chicken broth for dinner left us far from satisfied. Also, the desk staff was very disagreeable about my wife visiting the room first. With kids, that is a must. I guess business is so booming they don't need to concern themselves with customer piece of mind. How nice for them. Look elsewhere if you have kids or...
