The rooms and bathrooms are big, and clean, a choice of individual bungalows or bedrooms in the main building, a nice swimming pool. The place is indeed quiet, very little noise from outside because it is a large compound away from the main road. |The location is practical, not too far from the crowded Arusha center, but close to the bypass which allows you to drive easily to all the main destinations. |The staff is young, always smiling and willing to help. |The food is reasonnably good, in particular the breakfasts. I was there during the low season, so the service was quick. But the managment should make sure that the meals are served quickly, even when the place is full. We only stayed for one night, but we wish it had been longer. After a long day of travel, this quiet getaway—tucked between towering trees, with a spacious, comfortable room and an even more spacious bathroom—was exactly what we needed. The staff were kind and welcoming, even at 11 p.m. when we arrived, and again early the next morning at 6:30 a.m. Breakfast was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious.||The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the bathroom layout (see included photo). We had an incredible stay at this hotel, where the service from the entire staff was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure my comfort. The manager Doris was particularly hands-on, checking in with guests and overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and designed for maximum comfort. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from the pristine linens to the thoughtful amenities. The chef made sure we had the best, food was plenty and best meals ever.
