Our day trip to Ngorongoro Crater was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in great hands. Gabriel, who provided our airport transfer to the hotel, went above and beyond. When we encountered an issue during check-in, he immediately stepped in to help, ensuring everything was sorted quickly. After that, he took us to a wonderful local restaurant for a delicious meal and then showed us the African Culture Museum, where we had an enriching cultural experience.

The day of the crater trip itself was equally amazing. Our driver was incredibly professional and supportive, making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Along the journey, they shared fascinating insights about the region’s history and wildlife, which made the whole experience even more immersive.

The team that guided us through the crater was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the wildlife and landscape. We saw an incredible variety of animals up close, and their expertise in spotting and explaining everything around us was impressive.

So here is my amazing professional experience with this company : supposed to have a tour of ngorongo crater i booked from viator and flying from USA to Tanzania was a little dream to visit many safari and special ngorongo mean popular, the exchange with this company was good look professional but that it’s just an impression, i wake up at 4:45am waiting for what 2 hours outside nothing strictly nothing happening, then back to my room and my chance the tour guide or I don’t know who is him send me a text with full apology that he rescued client the park was fluuded and back super late in Arusha, well honestly i will understand if he send me a text before for let me know because this issue about the fluded that’s not happening right away, so i stay a day doing nothing at my hotel, flying from USA to Tanzania for that amazing and for compensation as an apology he want to give me a tour of city that i do already or coffee tour compare to ngorongo crater that’s the best. Its true he offer me an other day but smart is it he knows perfectly i have other things to do. Very good luck if you book with this company crose my fingers you dont have...
