Everything was simply fantastic:||Location: just around the corner from the Ngorongoro Crater and convenient for Arusha and the airport, yet calm and peaceful.|Service: kind, attentive and always with a smile. There is no wifi in the rooms which makes it easy to disconnect and truly relax. Reliable wifi is available at the pool, the restaurant and the lobby. I stayed for three nights at Mailsailand Coffee Lodge in Karatu and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing towel and juice.||We stayed in a family suite, which was very spacious and well-appointed. There were plenty of pillows, bathrobes provided, and the overall feel was that of a cozy mountain lodge with the added bonus of a pool. I also used the laundry service, and everything was returned perfectly. ||The food was excellent throughout our stay—from the hearty breakfasts to the buffet dinners with a wide variety of options. Happy hour at the outdoor balcony of the dining area with my group was another highlight.||The staff were consistently friendly and kind, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
