Incredible food, tropical and scerene atmosphere, cozy rooms, hot showers, and the owners are impressive to say the least (very professional, genuine, friendly and handsome!!). The lodge itself is spectacular, the grounds are very well maintained, insulated by the lush greenery and safety insured by fencing around the property. We didn't lock our doors the whole stay. It felt very safe. The pool is pretty large and also well maintained, clean. The location is a bit away from the main road at the base of a mountain so it's nice and quiet and a bit cool (we stayed in August). Really cool to see wildlife like chameleons and monkeys around the property. The rooms have super soft down blankets and hot showers, consistent power and I was shocked there were no mosquitos! But they have nets over beds for when they come in the hot season. The staff were so kind and attentive, helping us to secure rides into town, organize barbeque dinners and letting us use their speaker to play our music. They were there when we had to wake at the crack of dawn for our safari and there to see us off when we left for Zanzibar. They were so amiable! More than happy to help us with whatever we needed. This magical lodge brought us new friends and unforgettable memories. Thanks to Price, Key, Noelle, Khadija for the excellent time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sanna Eco Lodge and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that the staff provided. Our room was well arranged, with all the necessary amenities and hot water for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly throughout the night. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the surroundings, which added to the overall relaxation factor of our stay. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the food. Our dinner was absolutely delicious, with a range of local and international dishes to choose from. The flavors were exquisite and the presentation was top-notch. The breakfast the next day was also delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits, juices, and baked goods to choose from. Overall, we were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at Sanna Eco Lodge. Everything was well-arranged and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to relax, sleep, and swim in such a beautiful and peaceful environment. If you're looking for a place to unwind and recharge, we highly recommend paying a visit to Sanna Eco Lodge. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed here for two days post-safari, and enjoyed the clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts and peaceful gardens. Noel is the best part of the hotel! He’s very attentive, resourceful, cheerful and created up some of the best vegan dishes we’ve had. While the hotel has a small menu, do chat with Noel and he will brainstorm new dishes based on your requests. He even made us veggie sandwiches and fries to go, for the journey to our next destination A few downsides: the “high speed” wifi worked for a few hours a day, but was generally very slow. There were frequent power outages resulting in a cold dribble of water from the shower, which the staff compensated by offering hot bucket showers. We received our laundry two days later with damp and missing items, even though the weather was sunny. Less minor inconveniences: The hotel booking system sent an email noting that i paid a 50% deposit but never charged my credit card, so I paid the full amount in cash upon checkout. This could be an issue if you run out of cash or your credit cards aren’t working. Finally, do note that the lodge is on a bumpy, unpaved road with no signage. Our driver was unsure about the google map directions even after asking the locals, until Noel greeted us in front of the gate

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sanna Eco Lodge, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived until the time we reluctantly checked out, the hospitality of our host, Noel, truly stood out.

Noel's warm welcome set the tone for our entire stay. He seamlessly handled the check-in process and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One of the unique features of Sanna Eco Lodge is the personalized meal service, and Noel took the time to discuss our preferences, resulting in delicious and tailored dining experiences.

The accommodations were equally impressive. Our room exuded a cozy ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi was an unexpected bonus, allowing us to stay connected effortlessly.

The lush and green surroundings of the lodge provided a tranquil atmosphere that added to the overall sense of relaxation. Meeting the owner, Prince, was a highlight of our stay. His kindness and interactive nature showcased the genuine commitment of the Sanna team to ensuring their guests have a memorable experience.

The expansive pool, with not one but two sections, offered a perfect retreat for unwinding. The size and design made it a great place to spend leisurely afternoons, soaking in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

During our visit, we also had the opportunity to explore Sanna Cafe in town, an extension of the lodge. The cafe mirrored the lodge's dedication to quality service and offered a pleasant change of scenery.

While the experience at Sanna Eco Lodge was overwhelmingly positive, it's worth noting a couple of minor downsides. The road leading to the lodge was a bit bumpy, making the journey challenging for smaller vehicles like ours. Additionally, we experienced intermittent cold showers, but considering the overall excellence of our stay, we are confident that the attentive staff will address and resolve this...
