It was an experience to remember for a lifetime. Very professional and caring operator.

I think the kimgoni price is very reasonable because during the safari there were two nights overnight in the Serengeti which we stayed in the Kimgoni company's own resort in the national park while my friend she chose other operator and slept in a RV and had limited time to show. But Kimgoni's resort is very comfortable and luxurious, we have unlimited hot water and you can even hear lions roaring at night. Not to mention, the price of Kimgoni is even lower than my friend's.

Besides the price, the service was impeccable. My husband and I also choose Kimgoni as our Mount Kilimanjaro trekking operator. Mboyi and Robert were our guides who are very caring guides with more than twenty years experience. Every night, they will give us a briefing about tomorrow's trekking plan, test our blood oxygen levels and check with our feelings. With their help, we were able to make it to the top.

We went to Tanzania in July with 2 kids, on a safari booked with Kimgoni and I must say, although it is a small one, this is a great agency. Our trip started with a cancelled flight and a 3-days late arrival. Kimgoni never let us down, they moved our safari dates so we would not miss anything, they booked hotels for us when necessary and they took great care of us so that we would enjoy our trip as best as possible. And we did. Our french-speaking driver was great and very friendly, he managed to show us the big 5 as they say. Déplorable expérience avec cette entreprise. Premier couac, 3 heures de retard pour le vol de départ, aucune explication. Toutes les personnes qui avaient un guide ont pu partir sur un autre vol, nous nous sommes retrouvés à 8, à devoir attendre 3 h un nouveau vol. A l'arrivée nous avons été accueilli par un guide adorable et professionnel. Par contre le directeur de l'agence nous attendait au bord de la route à la sortie de l'aéroport pour nous expliquer le déroulé du safari et nous réclamer le solde... Solde que nous avons payé en CB. Première tentative après vérification du solde,cela ne fonctionnait pas. Deuxième tentative cela fonctionne mais nous nous apercevons qu'il a pris 200 euros de plus.... problème résolu suite à un appel à notre organisatrice , le directeur nous remboursera en liquide à la fin du safari. À la fin du safari, nous devons faire un détour pour aller récupérer la dite somme puis direction l aéroport pour le vol du retour. Le directeur ne s'est bien pas déplacé pour s'excuser , il a envoyé un employé. L aéroport du retour était à 5 h du dernier parc , le guide nous laisse et nous voilà devant le panneau d'affichage qui n'affiche pas notre vol , nous devions décoller à 20h40. Message au directeur, message à l'organisatrice : silence radio..... Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour avoir des explications. En fait notre vol avait été annulé et remplacé par un autre à 22h10. Le directeur de l'agence aurait dû nous faire suivre le mail de modification , je lui ai envoyé un message, j'attends encore la réponse.... Le safari était magnifique et le guide au top mais l'organisation, la communication et le manque de rigueur de l'agence et de l'organisatrice ( qui avait été au top jusqu'à là) ont un peu gâché ces deux...
