BML Highway Hotel, Dar Es Salaam — Hotel in Dar es-Salaam

First of all the staff, ladies are so rude unfriendly and unprofessional! No power most of the time, weak wifi that hardly works, breakfast was pathetic! Water is limited and on the check out day there was no water at all, we were given two buckets of dirty water to shower with. And they keep knocking at the doors disturbing clients even when sleeping. This hotel is not ready for guests, they need to first train their staff on customer service, manners and how to talk to clients. I would not recommend anyone to go there! I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The services provided were not at all worthy to the amount charged. The room was fair enough, the staffs were unhelpful, clients have to carry in and out the largage, the breakfast very low cost and the amenities were subpar.
