MERIDIAN CA HOTEL — Hotel in Dar es-Salaam

I stayed here and regretted. The Staff did not care that I dint know where the room is and didn't bother escorting me as hosts. I looked for the room myself with my luggage. The room was missing simple things like coffee items and the AC was malfunctioning. The staff did not attend to my breakfast request slightly before time. I asked for a work chair to use which was ignored. I decided to check out after night 1 and they still FORCED me to pay for 2 Nights even after explaining the issues to the manager. It's an okay hotel. Rooms are okay but not very standard for a hotel. There was a few issues with my room, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the bathroom light wasn't working (but told them and they changed it) I didn't have hot water for the first day and a half, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast was OK for the standard of the place. Some of the staff were super nice but I also met 2 who were rude. They have a no photos policy so couldn't take...

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located and near the city centre. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. Cleanliness is superb and you get the feeling of being home while in a hotel. Also an excellent breakfast buffet. I have been in and out of the hotel since July 2020 to date and cannot regret a single moment. I highly recommend anyone who wants value for his money to try...
