Don't know where to start with this review.
My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Zanzibar. An excellent journey among several wonderful hotels. Until we met the Natural Garden Hotel.
When we made the booking we were told it was only a short 10 minute walk. A trip that only turned out to be possible at low tide. In addition to taking 30-40 minutes.
The beds in the hotel are far too hard and impossible to sleep on.
Allergy options were highlighted that they offer, which they failed completely on. Even after promises both before and during the stay.
When we raised the problems, we received a proposed solution, which also meant being able to change hotels in exchange for us paying for it.
When we put money out for it, the owners changed their minds and only paid part of it.
Fraudsters and scammers are an appropriate word for our experience of how the management, with the owners at the helm, handled this.

Top class If you like it quiet and uncomplicated but don't want to miss out on the flair of Zanszibar, this is the place for you The restaurant is excellent and the ambience is a dream just above the coast with a fantastic view The beach is also simply marvellous, the play of high and low tide is just great and you are almost alone here No annoying traders no beach biys just the sea the beach and that's it 😊 pure tranquillity I can only recommend the hotel it is a dream If you could give 10 stars I would do so So thank you for the uniquely beautiful stay and thank you for this first-class friendly and...
Read moreLovely hotel just in front of Jambiani beach. The place is very quiet, in a very great and wild beach. Low tide is very impressive, but if you reach the sea you will feel more close to heaven. The rooms are simply (no fridge, no air conditioning) but nice and very clean, the common spaces are fantastic and you will ever walk on the sand, even it the restaurant. Here the food is very nice, the best that i tasted in one month of trip in Tanzania. (Special note for the crab with coconut milk and ginger) For a three star category is very difficul to find a bettet place to stay. And i was there with my wife pregnant and we hadn't any problem, of course we saw fully satisfied all our requests on accomodation and food. Staff and direction friendly and polite. Breakfast was fine too, only with few variations. Only negative thing was the...
