The Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel is a new modern hotel but its beds a terribly uncomfortable.  The beds are so hard and uncomfortable that you can't get a reasonable sleep and you regularly wake up very sore every couple of hours because you can feel the metal springs poking you all over through these terrible mattresses. For comfort.they get a 0 put of 10. The rooms are small and there is the bed, a desk, a safe and a chair, and some space for luggage. There's an LCD TV with a very poor selection of English-speaking channels, nothing worth watching not even a movie channel. Quite simply this hotel does not cater towards English-speaking Westerners. The wi-fi is terrible and it keeps dropping out and is often hard to maintain a connection to let you view or post things on social media or to send an email. The area is quite old and unsightly, and there is a BTS station about 450 metres away.  Across the main road there is a Lotus Department Store/supermarket. Inside the centre there is also a fairly poor food court. There is no swimming pool or gym at the hotel and they don't provide any bath robes, dental kits, but they do provide some very poor quality paper thin rubbish they call slippers. The bathrooms are small but have reasonable lighting, however the showers have below average water pressure. Customer service is terrible and if you ask for anything they can't be bothered and look for any excuse not to do it. I went to the department store in bought some things, and when I came back and returned to my room I went downstairs and asked for a pair of scissors which I said I would return within 5 minutes. I wanted to cut open some things that I'd purchased. I was then told by a lazy incompetent male staff member we don't have scissors here. I said, "Come on! You have to be joking. I've never been to a hotel anywhere in the world that doesn't have scissors!" Sisssar's outstanding equipment and this was simply an excuse to not get off his back side and have a look I asked again can he look, and again I was told we don't have any scissors but I can go and check in the office if you like. I requested if he could and then he came back and said there are none, and then he opened the drawer at the reception check in area, and guess what! There was a pair of scissors there. Quite simply this male staff member was just too lazy and just wanted to sit around and do nothing. I think the Hotel was terribly overpriced for what was on offer and it was horribly uncomfortable. There are so many hotels that are in a much better location and are in and around the tourist areas, and which are much more comfortable in a similar or a cheaper price range than the Best Western Nada Don Mueang Hotel I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Review – Best Western Nada, Don Mueang Airport Having stayed at the Best Western Nada next to Don Mueang Airport for 5 days last week, we were delighted to check back in and once again be greeted by the friendly, brilliant faces of the team. From the moment we arrived, Apple and Big Bell at front of house made us feel completely welcome – professional, warm, and always ready to help. A special mention must go to John, the General Manager, whose leadership shows through in the way his team works – organised, caring, and genuinely proud of the hotel. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the entire hotel is immaculately maintained, which is a credit to the housekeeping team. Breakfast is a highlight – a great mix of delicious Thai dishes, Western options, and a fresh egg station. The breakfast staff are attentive, cheerful, and keep everything running smoothly, which makes mornings a pleasure. Another thing that makes this hotel stand out is the night staff. Due to my disabilities, I often have difficulty sleeping and find myself downstairs between 2–6 a.m. Even at that time, the night team are alert, busy, and professional – checking the hotel, cleaning, tidying, and making sure everything is in order. This is very different to many other hotels where night staff are half-asleep behind the desk, and it makes me feel safe and well cared for. What really makes this hotel feel special is the personal connection with the staff. We have stayed often enough now that they even call it “my hotel” – which shows pride, care, and a sense of belonging rather than just “I work here.” Summary: Best Western Nada is our first choice whenever we stay near Don Mueang Airport. Spotless rooms, a great breakfast, a perfect location, and a team that truly cares – led by John and supported by stars like Apple, Big Bell, the breakfast crew, and the amazing night staff – make this hotel feel like a home away from home. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
