Quite Good for the Price My stay at Bella B Hotel was generally impressive, especially considering the price. I was kindly upgraded from the Executive Suite to the Bella B Suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The room included bathrobes, thong sandals (though no indoor slippers), complimentary coffee and tea, bathroom amenities, a bathtub with well-functioning hot water control, and a dining table. The decor was also quite pretty. However, the building seems poorly constructed. On the night of my stay, there was heavy rain, and water leaked through a ceiling gap by the window. Although my bed was far enough from the leak that I wasn’t directly affected, it still impacted my overall impression of the hotel. That said, the staff responded quickly by sending housekeeping to clean up the water, which I appreciated. The afternoon and evening reception staff were friendly and provided excellent service. In contrast, the morning staff—who may have been an intern or newly hired—lacked professionalism in how they spoke to guests. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was plentiful and fair for the price. Other facilities like the swimming pool and fitness room were more of a “technically we have them” situation: small and not very well-built. The location is convenient if you’re traveling by car, as it's in a community area with easy access to everything from street food to sit-down restaurants. It’s also near the Chao Phraya River, and you can walk to Rama VII Bridge for a nice view.

The hotel is very small. There are very limited parking area. However you may park outside the hotel if you are there in the early morning. As a conference venue, I still think it is too small. There is no area for comforting / relaxing yourselves. The hotel tries to make areas for free sitting that is appreciated to me. For the toilets, I think the re are more enough for people. The food area is on 8th floor. There are lots of good menus there. Some people loved the tastes a lots, but they seem plain for me. However, no doubts, the ingredients to make food are very good.

Everything is good except for the unstable Wi-Fi. Requires you to sign in every now and then. Hotel is very popular with mainland tourists

We had chosen this hotel as it was relatively close to friends we were visiting and advertised a restaurant on site, we booked a junior suite which was larger than a regular room.||The bed was very comfortable and bathroom had both bath and separate shower. There is a small rooftop pool that overlooks the freeway and local neighborhood. The hotel is situated on a busy roundabout next to the power plant. We did not find any restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant choices were limited as was breakfast. We only ate toast. Room service did have a few choices and we used this twice.||Room was cleaned daily but attention to detail was lacking. Our room faced the freeway which meant we heard traffic throughout our stay.front desk staff very helpful in getting us taxis but English is limited. Not too far from pier 24 so used the water bus to get downtown, was a great way to see the city outside of a taxi.||Don't think we would stop here again it is too remote and lacking in...

The hotel itself is basically new. That could be seen in positive and negative terms. For example the pool was not in use yet, which was a big minus. Many things were still under process or the staff did not know how to operate those. On the other hand rooms were in a really good shape.||||The location is not that convenient. There is not many restaurants or shops close by and walking..well you don't want to walk in Bangkok. Also the taxi's had a bit difficulties to find the hotel as it is new and quite small and you get easily stuck with the traffic.||||In general i would say that if you are fine to be located a bit outside of the city center, and prefer quiet and new place with a decent price, this could be a good choise to you. For others I would recomment to look something closer to...
