The women who work the front desk at this hotel are very kind, and gave me a great experience. The cleaning staff are very good at their jobs, I have never been charged unfairly by these women, and they even clean the rooms extra clean and turn my air conditioning on for me when I come back. They rock! Attention to detail is everything. The room is fairly spacious and the bed I used was actually pretty comfortable. That’s a big plus, getting a bed that feels nice. I was really happy they did that for me. Room has artwork too and part of the wall has a plated backboard where the queen(I’m thinking king actually) size bed meets the wall, providing a secure feeling and also less empty feeling with pictures on the walls. Shower was hot but you have to figure out how to use it upon arrival. Instructions are clear.
My only concern was a side issue that individuals were allowed to bring huge cardboard plastic and wooden plastic wrapped with industrial grade plastic packaging wrap boxes of “motorcycle parts” into their room on the 8th floor right next to mine. They had numerous boxes of things and the hallway ended up being very loud most nights dragging these “parts back and forth” while they would make my ears ring right outside my room with walking around and loud sounds, and at one point it honestly sounded like someone left a radio on in one of their motorcycle engine boxes and it was just playing white noise. Very rude guests during my stay that chose to pick right next to my room on the top floor, at a basically fully available hotel, to bring motorcycle parts or what was stated that it was 8 stories in a 2 person elevator, each box with one person sitting on top in the two person elevator. That just seems actually insane that someone would have so many random boxes, and chooses to transport them throughout the evenings sometimes near my room waking me up with my ears ringing. The doors of the hotel have alarms so if you’re a careless guest like these people were not only leaving radios on playing white noise ect, and bringing into bike parts to the top floor, you would then be so inclined to leave your door alarms ringing for like 4-5 minutes at a time and that would cause other guests to loose sleep. The staff sometimes would do this for cleaning but not at night and it’s very rude at midnight to let your door alarm echo for other guests to wake up to. The staff are very attentive of keeping a calm hotel as the hotel location is actually quite peaceful and the dogs are very quiet and even any potential morning roosters from the convenient market outside tend to keep it down for the most part until more godly hours (9am plus). Back to the hotel, the hotel somewhat has an older feel, and the halls are tile floors so sounds refract and the doors close loudly so be cautious when closing. The hotel does “feel” modern as it has automatic sliding doors, elevator, back patio smoking area, but it might be on the older side which is why it’s good to be quiet and don’t echo. My trip would have been awesome if it weren’t for these weirdos surrounding my room during my trip, it was too bad. Such nice front desk staff though, and they will guide you to get your laundry done also. Those people are also the best, the laundry service folks do a great job and are kind hard working people. Great stay! Maybe if people say they have multiple motorcycles to be stored in crates have them leave those on the bottom floor lol! Thanks again I’ll be back if...

They try to cheat you out of money by making you pay a 500 baht deposit and then deduct money by making a fuss out of the smallest things! In our case, it was make-up left over on a towel. They deducted 200 baht for it! Can you believe that, 200 baht? For something that would be washed anyway?
The room was not desireable at all, either. The air conditioner gave us respitory problems, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It also looked ancient (you know the ones that are super yellow). So we had to sleep without using it.
There were also ants crawling all over the floor. The fridge was old and mouldy. The bathroom was old and mouldy. Even the showerhead was mouldy.
They are also super strict on rules and will try any possible means to get money out of you. If you check out 1 minute after 12.15. Then 200 baht gone. If you ask for a late check out after 2pm, they make you pay for the entire night. They also refuse to hold your bags.
Worst hotel ever, save yourself the hassle and stay at the 5 star adjacent to it. You'll probably end up paying the same...

I had an awful experience at this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it. I arrived around midnight after a long journey, only to be met with rude and unhelpful staff. Despite having paid in full online, they demanded a cash security deposit (something that was never mentioned during the booking process). When I said I didn’t have cash that late at night, they insisted I hand over my passport and refused to give me my room unless I did. It felt completely unsafe and unprofessional.
The room itself was disgusting: stained bedsheets, hair in the sink, and an overall dirty, neglected atmosphere. I complained immediately, and was told I could get a refund in the morning. That promise turned out to be a lie. in the morning, they flat-out refused to refund me or even acknowledge the agreement.
Not only was the hotel dirty and mismanaged, but the staff were aggressive, unkind, and completely lacking in basic hospitality.
Do yourself a favour and stay...
