รติชา เฮ้าส์ Latisha House — Hotel in Chiang Rai Province

This small complex is situated just round the corner from the white temple. We booked in for 2 nights but moved on after the 1st night as the place is absolutely dead after the final few tourists have gone & the small shopping mall & cafes have closed. The guest house was clean and beds comfy. Air con worked well. There was a fridge in the room but no kettle, cups, tea, coffee, or water. The wet room was large but no hot water. Neither of us could get wi-fi. It didn’t come up as on option on both phones or iPad. The 4 ceiling lights were bright enough to do brain surgery under. Bedside lights or a dimmer would have been appreciated. Breakfast was a boiled egg and toast on small paper plates. No knife, butter, tea or milk. At 1,200 baht per night this was over twice the price of the hotel we moved onto, which was infinitely better equipped. The host was lovely but spoke no English. I think she’ll need to address the issues raised to attract...

C'est l'endroit par excellence pour une visite du temple blanc! La proximité (100m) vous permet d'arriver les premiers de la journée (arrivez à 7h45) et d'obtenir des photos sans touristes :D

Petit centre commercial alliant restaurants et boutiques souvenirs sympathiques à coté. Seven eleven de l'autre coté de la route principale (faites attention lors de la traversée).

Notre suggestion est d'aller visiter le musée gratuit du créateur du temple blanc en face de celui-ci après votre check-in (trop de touristes au temple blanc en après midi et luminosité contraire). Allez au temple le matin suivant. Le musée de Chalermchai Kositpipat artiste national vaut vraiment le coup si vous aimez l'art, c'est gratos et époustouflant.
