In the same property, they have 2 villas to choose. We stayed at the "Pool Villa" with 4 bedrooms.

Spacious common room, backyard terrace , garden , pool, koi fish and beautiful garden.

2 bedrooms with massive toilets with his & her closet. 1 bed room have mini kitchen and dining table

It's is clean and equipped with big smart TV with netflix, projector, trampoline , bbq grill, pool table, complete kitchen equipment, including coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave and high quality spices.

They also provided welcome snack basket and mineral bottles.

The other villa have a manmade lake that you can fishing, 5 bedrooms, high chair for baby, swimming pool, pool table and ping-pong table.

Both are spacious, clean and comfy.

At the compound also they have a garden, a small shop, and some motorcycles for rent.

We’ve been coming to Pattaya for several years and this place is by far the best villa we’ve stayed in Pattaya. it’s the perfect place for families or large groups. Every room has a smart TV and the kitchen is fully equipped. They provided plenty of water and even free bottles of beer in the fridge and plenty of towels for swimming. If you bring kids they will never get bored, lots of activities within the villa, can go fishing, trampoline and lots of area to play and even a karaoke with higher quality sound system. Been traveling around thailand for 3 months this place was by far our groups favourite place we stayed in both the villas they have to offer. Absolutely amazing very comfortable the host was helpful, very responsive and kind. The custodians were incredible such kind people that went above and beyond for us throughout both our visits and always had a smile on their faces.
