Pinehurst Hotel — Hotel in Khlong Luang Town Municipality

Our stay at Pinehurst Golf and Country Club was profoundly disappointing due to significant discrepancies between the Agoda listing and the actual accommodations provided. The listing promised two double beds and two single beds, but these were not available upon our arrival. Instead, the hotel imposed an additional charge for an extra bed, which was also never delivered despite repeated requests. Agoda offered a paltry refund of 931 THB for six days of inconvenience, but we had already paid an additional 10,800 THB for two children’s accommodation.

The mattress quality was appalling; the springs were so poorly maintained that they pressed into our backs, making sleep uncomfortable and painful. The bed frame was outdated, and the bathroom door’s laminate was peeling off. The bathtub, supposedly in a four-star hotel, was shockingly old and failed to meet the standards expected for the price we paid. These issues added to the misleading nature of the Agoda listing.

The service was, overall, unaccommodating. The most unacceptable aspect of our stay, however, was the inexplicably rude behavior of the manager, whose attitude bordered on racism. This, combined with a significant language barrier, left us feeling unwelcome and distressed. While some of the staff were friendly and helpful, their efforts were overshadowed by the manager’s offensive conduct and the subpar facilities.

파인허스트 골프 앤 컨트리 클럽에서의 숙박은 기대 이하였으며, 아고다 예약 정보와 실제 숙소 간의 큰 차이로 인해 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 예약 당시 더블 침대 2개와 싱글 침대 2개가 제공된다고 명시되어 있었으나, 도착 시 이러한 침대는 제공되지 않았습니다. 추가 침대를 요청했지만 제공되지 않았고, 오히려 추가 요금이 부과되었습니다. 아고다에서 6일간의 불편에 대해 931바트를 환불받았지만, 우리는 이미 아이들 숙박비로 10,800바트를 추가로 지불해야 했습니다.

침대의 상태는 끔찍했습니다. 스프링이 등까지 튀어나와 있어서 매우 불편했고, 제대로 잠들 수 없었습니다. 침대 프레임도 매우 낡았고, 욕실 문 라미네이트는 떨어져 있었습니다. 욕조 역시 4성급 호텔이라고 하기엔 지나치게 오래되어, 우리가 지불한 금액에 비해 전혀 기대에 미치지 못했습니다. 이러한 문제는 아고다의 잘못된 정보로 인해 더욱 실망감을 키웠습니다.

서비스는 전반적으로 비협조적이었으며, 가장 큰 문제는 매니저의 이해할 수 없는 무례하고 인종차별적인 태도였습니다. 이로 인해 매우 불쾌했고, 언어 장벽까지 더해져 의사소통이 더욱 어려웠습니다. 일부 직원은 친절했지만, 매니저의 태도와 형편없는 시설로 인해 이러한 친절함도 빛을 발하지 못했습니다.

我们在泰国 Pinehurst 高尔夫乡村俱乐部的入住体验极其令人失望，主要原因是 Agoda 列表信息与实际住宿之间存在重大差异。预订显示提供两张双人床和两张单人床，但实际到达后根本没有这些床位。酒店要求我们支付额外费用来增加床位，但即使多次请求，也从未提供额外床位。Agoda 对六天的不便仅提供了 931 泰铢的微不足道的退款，而我们为了两名儿童的住宿已经支付了额外的 10,800 泰铢。

床垫质量极差，弹簧严重老化，直接刺入背部，导致睡觉极为不适。床架陈旧，浴室门的贴面脱落，浴缸也十分老旧，这与一家四星级酒店的标准完全不符，更不用说我们支付的高昂价格。Agoda 的描述严重误导了我们。

酒店服务总体上非常不周到，而最不可接受的是经理的态度。不仅粗鲁无礼，还表现出种族歧视的倾向。这种行为，加上严重的语言障碍，让我们感到非常不受欢迎。虽然部分员工表现出色，但经理的恶劣态度和落后的设施使得整体体验非常糟糕。
