Hotel Le Lerts Living — Hotel in Khon Kaen Province

I have to admit I didn't have high expectations for this hotel.Looking for a room for 3 adults and a baby,at short notice,this was the cheapest option.||But we were pleasantly surprised by the Family room.It was modern,large and everything worked fine.......excellent value at 950 baht.||The young lady on reception was very nice and helpful but the two guys were unsmiling and could do more to welcome the guests.||There are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and you are best going to Central Festival or the area near the Pullman hotel.||Breakfast is toast,jam and a cup of coffee but at least its free.||Note that there are quite a few roadworks in the sois near the hotel,at the moment,which can make it a bit more difficult to find than it should be.||But,all in all,not a bad stay...

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Khon Kaen Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at midnight, tired and hoping for a welcoming place to rest. Unfortunately, the reality was far from welcoming. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception to greet us. We tried calling the hotel, but they got angry and hung up on us. We were left with nothing and had to stand outside in the rain without any assistance. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for guests is unacceptable. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of reception, the indifference of the staff, and the complete disregard for guest well-being completely ruined our stay. I could not sleep well with a lot of pain on my body related to neck accident. I asked for a less thick (small) pillow, they gave me a thick one and said not have small. All the tiles are quite very slippery and the floor very uneven in manly places, some linkage in toilet, no soap provided for face wash but it has in shower. No laptop friendly (to power point plug the laptop I had to remove bar fridge to find out it was very dirty behind. TV has very poor picture signal. When I went inside the bed the sheet perforated with my foot. Location is very good. I give one star for the reason my neck, shoulder and back are very stiff because of the big pillows, still have problem with neck...
