Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort and Spa — Hotel in Krabi Province

Don't stay here!! This has been the worst experience ever! I've traveled a lot and never have i stayed in a hotel that is so dirty, disgusting and bad as thing one. ||The room smelt discusting. They said it would get better after 5 minuts, i didn't. It was so bad it made me feel sick. The bed was dirty, the blanked was dirty, the pillow was dirty, the towel was dirty. I just didn't want to touch anything. ||They also fool you with the pictures. Online it looks amazing. But in real time, it's terrible! Everything is broken and dirty. One hotspring was empty. The "spa" is a little room with a wooden table and a discusting, very thin matrass. There is zero privacy, everyone can look inside while you are laying there. ||They said that they serve lunch aswell. I went over to the "restaurant" to eat something, but the cook wasn't there.. So there was nothing to eat. They said there was a 7/11 1 km away and i wanted to walk over there, but there is no road to get over there. ||There is nothing here. No beach, shops (except 7/11) or restaurants.||It was so terrible that i booked a different accommodation and left. When i said that i requested a refund, they said i had to contact Agonda. So i will and i hope they will refund me. So please, for your sake,...
