One of my best finds in Thailand, a beautiful hotel on the edge of town in a beautiful setting, I wish I could post more photographs than the ten limited here. Just a great comfortable and so friendly place, when I checked in the place was empty and I had the very well kept grounds to myself. My photos should tell it all, comfortable tidy room & bathroom, clean sheets and towels. They served me individually an American al-a-carte breakfast, they do not do lunch but directly opposite the hotel there are small local cafes that do and some nearby restaurants that serve dinner. It is about a 15 minute walk into the town centre, you will pass many mixed cuisine restaurants on the way and find one ancient looking pub at the crossroads. Read moreI booked 2 nights at Rimtarn Resort after seeing the pictures on the website. My initial room was pretty basic, small toilet, average room.||||I spoke to the management and paid a little bit more to upgrade to their bungalows which were a world of difference to the standard rooms. A quaint little cottage in their finely manicured gardens which had a huge bed and lots of amenities.||||Their location was perfect for me to visit the night market as well as a daytrip up to Pang Ung. It also provided the peace and quiet if you wish to just chillout and relax with a book, which is what I did.||||Had great sleep and the staff were fantastic.
