Toscana Piazza by Toscana Valley — Hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Firstly I don’t know why this hotel listed in 5 star. Anyone book this hotel beware and not spoil their vacation by spending in this cheap hotel by driving more than 3 hours from Bangkok. Kindly find the below comments based on my stay on 21 May 2025 (room# TP08E)

No welcoming for guest and only 1 receptionist with 1 waiter without any lobby facilities. Receptionist and waiter both are unprofessional and don’t know any other language than local language. They didn’t take our luggage from car to lobby even we had infant and pregnant wife.

Full of flies and mosquitos in entrance and lobby and even in room. Not pest control or any staff assigned to control this.

looks more like haunted house

Fooled us in buffet breakfast. We booked with breakfast inclusive, sadly we came to know from receptionist(entrance counter😂) that when they have less than 20 customers they don’t provide buffet breakfast.

they use same disposable slippers for other customers.

No one in this 5 star hotel knows English or acting like they don’t know to hide their bad amenities.

Rooms fully dusty and toilets/ Shower is bad smelly.

WiFi is very bad most of the time disconnected

regarding checkout, they informed us at 12 electricity will be off 😂😂😂😂 and room AC, lights and elevators will be off, how can any guest especially pregnant or disabled guest come down from height floor if they off electricity.

They force us for what ever they want. No customer value in this hotel.

I hope like us no other customer will fell on this scam. I recommend everyone who want to stay in Khao Yai prefer IHG or some international hotels which are exceeding our expectations. Thank you for the time on reading above...

Amazing location. Beautiful exterior and interior. The moment we reach toscana, the building can be seen from afar. It seems like the leaning tower of Pisa Italy. Then the parking is plentiful. No need to worry. Just that it is shareable with other visitors of nearby attractions. But I’ve never encounter full parking during my stay. Stepping out of the car, the air is chill. Then we went to lobby and greeted with smiles from receptionist. They’re very helpful and friendly. The check in process is easy. They gave map of nearby places to visit. Of course some places to go nearby to take pictures but not much activity to do. The surrounding place has similar vibes and design as in Italy. Cafes, with water bodies, with amazing food. After check in, the hotel porter assisted to lift our bags from our car at the parking and bring all the way Up to our room. The elevator is quick. Since its only 7 floor. And the hotel is not crowded. Since its 2 units per floor. The room is cosy, clean, spacious, with beautiful views. Amenities are amazing. Comes with coffee machine (capsule type) nescafe brand in the pantry. And premium selections. Mocha, americano, etc. Mineral water and canned drinks are provided and they will come and knock the door to offer top up daily. Snacks available inside room but some have to pay. Never did we imagine when we entered the room that we would be greeted by this beautiful sweeping view of Toscana Valley. My wife and me simply lost our breath. Our city view room was a picture of Tuscany itself, with its Mediterranean warm yellows and orange-colored homes and buildings. ||The room was simply excellent. It was clean, spacious and well-designed with a kitchenette where one could have the hotel’s complimentary coffee or tea. It’s Wifi connectivity|was also good. ||We had our breakfast and dinner during our 3 day-stay at the Town Square because we wanted to. The views from there and the ambience with its cobbled streets were simply superb. We felt we were in Italy. We never thought we could enjoy a hotel so much.
