5 minute drive from Lelux hospital where it appears lots of customers go to. 5 minute walk from Yaek Tiwanon MRT Station. No lift but clean rooms. Small kitchen/dining room available with coffee and snacks in for free (biscuits) along with plates, bowls etc for food brought in from outside. Crisps, joke and other snacks can be purchased along with some CP frozen meals like spaghetti bolognese. The lady selling food at the end of the soi on the left is good food, bit portions.

A 5 minute or so walk away on soi 12 there are more street food options, a 7-Eleven, Mini Big C and a 5 star chicken.

The rooms are basic but clean but disappointing to find no fridge. Telephone in room didn't work and there was no nearby amenities. The staff couldn't even arrange a motorbike taxi as the soi is long and full of dirty dogs. Also I had to change from a a front room to a back one because there is a noisy warehouse outside the hotel. Staff were nice but lazy and the rooms I think are haunted because I had some very strange dreams and it felt as if...

This rooms are overprized, small, dirty, and many things are broken. Furniture is broken, the toilet seat was falling off, the bed is very soft and uncomfortable, and if you come by car, entering the parking lot without damaging your car is impossible, unless you drive a suv or jeep or a pick up or anything built high. The staff is unfriendly, and they rip you off if you want to leave after 1 day, cos of all this. They wont give you a refund for...
