Picked this location due proximity to the Ministry of Health and price. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The photos here are 100% accurate. Stayed for 10 days. Probably the best thing about Riski is how easy it is to get to so many places by car or bike. Multiple easy access points to The Mall, Tesco, Pantip, local roads and expressways, enabling one to avoid the constant traffic jams on Ngamwongwan Rd. Just a short walk to shopping malls, street food, 7 Eleven etc.||||The room was very clean and bright. It was nice to have the small balcony for drying clothes etc. The bathroom may be too small for Western families, and the free breakfast was a bit limited. The king size bed was a bit hard, like a futon, still high quality. Apart from that we can't fault Riski for the price. There appears to be a number of permanent resident families here. We found the mature overnight security guard to be very helpful and always felt safe even when coming home late with all our shopping.||||I would strongly recommend this hotel if you have your own transport, need to be close to the Ministry of Health or other government agencies, Don Mueang Airport, or just prefer to be out of the city but still close to sights such as Ko Kret, golf courses etc. We will be...
Read moreI spent four nights there and had an overall good experience, although some of the people I travelled with who stayed in other rooms were not as happy. One of them had a clogged shower drain as well as a clogged sink - she had to use one of our bathrooms because there's no one at the reception during the night, and she was given another room the next morning. Another one of us had to have the bathroom ceiling light fixed - again she had to live with the problem for one night until the staff returned to work in the morning. There's an iron and an ironing board in my room, but not all of us got the same in our rooms. What's common to all our rooms was the provision of boxed facial tissues instead of toilet rolls, about which some of us complained. My room was clean and quiet. I stayed on level 3 and there were three washers at the end of the corridor - I used the one in the middle and it worked well (except that the timer was a little off and I had to return to the washer a few times before it had finally finished the job). 20 bhats per wash. In terms of location, the place is less than a minute's walk from the nearest 7-11 store, and about 15-20 minutes' walk from the Mall...

Also good value monthly deals.||||Its about 10 mins from the local pantip plaza and mall and 5 mins walk from main road for taxis and buses.||||The owners were very nice people and have good security cctv and keycard/security gaurd and the place is bright clean and quite modern. Rooms have comfortable beds flatscreen tv and good shower rooms. They also have washing machines here and balconies with drying facilities.||||I would say Riski Residence is as good as the local hotels i stayed in at the start of my visit for a lot higher nightly rate. ||||Nonthaburi is a bit off the beaten track and transport links are not great but if you need to stay here then this is a very good way to save yourself at least a third off other comparable standard...
