Basically a clean, modern hotel offering easy access to a large Central Plaza shopping centre with shops, dining and cinema. Staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Each aspect of the service was efficient. Check in, check out, dining etc. The room was very clean and well-appointed. Note that there is a "Business centre" but this appears to be two small desktops with internet.

Decor was modern and there were plenty of sockets for charging. Bed was comfortable and storage was adequate. As with many hotels in BKK, the smell of the drains in the bathroom was occasionally strong and sometimes unpleasant, otherwise 5 stars might have been in order. However the bathroom was clean, with no visible mould and all surfaces spotless. Dining facilities are on the first floor. Food was of a very good quality and well-presented. The breakfast buffet, if not part of your room package, costs 450 THB, but offers a decent buffet experience with eggs cooked to order. (You may be able to get the breakfast charge reduced if the hotel is running a special offer on check in.)

Although not directly connected to the central plaza shopping centre, a bridge entrance is less than 2 minutes walk away. Several convenience stores are also located nearby. The closest being just a short walk behind the hotel (it is tucked away off the main Street, so ask for directions.) If you need to stay in this area of the city then you should take a look at this...

Miserable night, terrible customer service. We stayed at this hotel last weekend (Room 1106) and it was one of our worst hotel experiences ever. First of all, there was a leak under the sink which ran across the bathroom floor and into the drain by the toilet any time you ran the water. It was clearly a known issue because it was obvious and there were attempts at repairs that didn’t work. I guess they just decided it wasn’t worth fixing? But the worst part of the stay was that in the middle of the night, the room lights kept switching on. You have to use your room keycard to run the electric, and there must have been a short in the keypad because the lights would turn on and off on their own. After dealing with this for a while and trying various solutions that didn’t work, we called the front desk. They said that someone would come up and REPLACE the keypad— at 1:30 AM, with us in bed and our kids sound asleep and exhausted. Forget that, we don’t have time for a middle of the night repair job! I think they knew this was a problem because we didn’t really have to explain the issue before they knew what the problem was. So we ended up having to remove the keycard to sleep without the lights switching on, but this also turned off the AC. It was a blazing hot, miserable night. When we spoke to them the next morning, they shamefully offered no recompense for this ridiculous experience. Stay somewhere else. This...

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Most of the time I was outside the hotel and practically only took a shower and slept. |Check out was speedy, no issue. They accommodated my request to change my beds from two singles to one king. I was a solo traveler. The housekeeping kept towel changed and cleaned room. I noticed some mold spots in the showers and hairs from previous guest behind bathroom door. That hair was not mine as I have different color in case you wonder. Housekeeping could scrub more shower cabinets and after each guest. |The bed and pillow were not comfy what I used to and very hard. I dint opted out to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food.|There is a simple mall within very short distance (5 min) walk which has banks & mine changer, grocery store and the food court. The MRT (metro) station right next to the hotel, that’s a huge plus. At the check out I was a disappointed as my bill was higher than I anticipated and reception insisted that I only booked for 3 nights and extend for the 4th night which is not true. I booked directly through hotel website for 4 nights. After several calls in a back room and looking into my email confirmation, they apologized and charged me the rate I booked. This is happened for the first time with me in Thailand. I highly advise know your booking and check your bill...

I stayed here for one night and can only comment and review for the room I stayed in. First thing I noticed when arriving was the nice and helpful front desk staff, after that it went downhill quite fast. The light switches in the room were defect, meaning pressing the light switch for the bedroom would turn on and off the left ghts in the bathroom, the switches in the bathroom worked very random turning on and off different lights every time inside the bathroom. Next thing I noticed was the mold on the wall, not very hygienic or healthy. I opened the curtains to enjoy the view and was greeted by hand prints of maybe a five year old all over the window. While showering I realized the cause of the mold, the water outlet system could not handle the amount of water leading to a small flooding and therefor the mold on the other side of the wall the hardware was also broken and the water temperatur was fluctuating due to the water pump. The icing on the cake goes to the sheets on the bed that were torn And dirty, I have attached all the pictures to this review concluding I can say that out of the 30+ Best Western I have stayed during my life this is truly the Worst Western.

Although it’s little far from the main city, it’s a nice hotel to stay. The rooms are good and spacious. The bathroom is very clean. I stayed here for 5 days and everyday when we leave the room, the room service clean our room and make it tidy and once we come back it’s really nice to see the clean room. A big hats off to the house keeping staffs. About the morning breakfast, the fruits and salads were good and fresh, the variety of breads and cakes were nice. They had many options for eggs like omelette, boiled, bulls eye, scrambled.. Then main course like a noodles or fried rice. There was also either chicken or pork in a day. Overall it was a nice experience.
