OYO 463 Royal Tycoon Place — Hotel in Pattaya City

Very bad experience. Staff doesn't care about the customers. Not safe to keep your belongings inside the room (told by receptionist) as someone may enter the room and take it. The room we stayed didn't have a lock for the window shutters so we had to keep our money and cell phones under the pillow. And we were worried all night that someone could enter through the window. Morning we woke up to see the whole floor wet (water dripping out from the ac). Restaurant is unclean and filled with house flies. Breakfast is average. Good accessibility to pattaya city. Overall...

They threatened to sue me for wanting to see the cctv after she said she had proof she sent me to the place I wanted when I didn't want it booked and was extorted and refused to be taken to a different place in the first place there rat droppings every where they come up threw the drains and the the hotels at the end of a alley that's infested you see them running round in the day and the droppings are on the balcony every day I thought the staff here were decent people but instead of saying sorry they said they'd sue me avoid...

The name is good..but in real they r theives esp the kitchen staff. As soon as u leave the dinning table, plz check for your belongings like mobile..bcoz these staff is really like theives... And you will not have CCTV access on the table u sat......... ....nd nobody will understand what u say ...... though it is owned by INDIAN but they dont show any kindness towards indians.
