First impressions: The hotel appears small from the front but stretches back quite far. It is noticeable that there is not much parking and I am not sure what accommodations they make in busier times of the year, however, it wasn't a problem for us on the day we stayed there. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and we were well received by the staff who spoke good English and explained everything that we needed to know. Heading upstairs and seeing the restaurant and the swimming pools we were surprised by the size of the place, given the small frontage. There are multiple swimming pools located near each cluster of rooms so they're not always too full of people and there's plenty of space to relax in the pool and swim. The restaurant may appear small but breakfast times are split and you tell the staff when you arrive when you'd like breakfast so you'll be guaranteed space in the morning. The Room: We chose the seaview room with a jacuzzi. The room had a nice view of the sea and the bed was very big and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the size of the bathroom. The hotel provides slippers, dressing gowns and flip flops which all came in really handy. Additionally, items on the mini bar were complimentary which was a nice touch. The jacuzzi was also a nice addition but one complaint about the room is that not all of the controls worked for us. Also we found that the lighting in the room was a little strange and most of the lights were controlled by a large panel of switches next to the bed which was not very practical. Other than this the room was immaculately clean and the design was very nice. The location: The hotel is not too far from the main road which makes it quite easily accessible by car. It is located on a road which does not have much else so it's appropriate for taking a relaxing walk, however if you want to find a shop you need to drive. We went to Cha Am town centre in the evening for the night market. It was very close by (by car) and had lots of options for food. The hotel also offers food in the evening, but there isn't anything else within...
Read moreThe hotel is new and just reopened, so overall conditions are still good. Room is spacious and fairly clean. Its cosy design also offered us relaxing feeling. We stayed in pool access room which eased us for pool fun. Staff are good and hospitable. Hotel itself is located close to the beach with only across small local road. So, yoi can see the view of sea, sky and horizon easily. F&B price are also reasonable and affordable.||However, there are some small issues that cannot be looked over and to be improved as followings;||- Cleanliness in the room should be more focused in detail. I still found several hair of previous guest around the room and bathroom. The top of glass doors that exit to balcony are also not crystal clear. Wash sink is also starting having light stain.||- As the resort suits family, you may not have private and calm moment in the pools even though the pools are quite big.||- The taste of most of the menu we tried is...
