Great Weekend Getaway! We, that is two adults and one teenager, visited Springfield @ Sea for a quick but urgently needed getaway from busy and polluted Bangkok. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was a breeze, fast and efficient. We received a much-welcomed, refreshing drink. Note that a safety deposit of B2,000 is required. We booked a family suite, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very nice. The bedding was comfortable. There is no Mini Bar, but room service can bring anything needed. Bottled water and coffee/tea-making facilities are provided. The bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of amenities are available. No need to bring your toothbrush! The Master Bedroom had a glass wall towards the bathroom. I don’t quite get how this is a “thing” lately, and we kept the drapes down. There were plenty of towels, although admittedly not the fluffiest! Note that Beach towels are also provided in the wardrobe, in a nice beach bag. The room was excellent, we enjoyed the large balcony including a swing. We enjoyed our time at the large pool-scape, and also took the opportunity for an extended beach walk just a few meters from the hotel. Now the hotel is somewhat remotely located. This makes for a quiet time, which is what we were looking for. If one wants to enjoy the hustle and bustle of a typical resort town, one better chose a more central location. Food and beverage offerings were good. We enjoyed Dinner at the beach and as well the rich breakfast buffet. The hotel is still, perhaps too much so, observing covid measures. I prefer to see the smiles of the staff, instead of masks. I have not figured out what gloves used mandatory at the breakfast buffet are good for, except for creating more unnecessary plastic waste. One little thing I really liked was that we did not need any breakfast vouchers. This is such an old-school hassle, typically for many Thai hotels. The check-out was as painless as the check-in. Since I used a credit card for our deposit, I was expecting it to be refunded at check-out or used towards our final bill. Unfortunately, that is apparently not the hotel’s policy, and I will have to wait for a refund. Had I known that, I would have just provided a cash deposit. Overall, we had a great time, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Springfield @ Sea for a weekend getaway, or a longer stay if you like it quiet! The staff are super friendly...

I’ve been to do an inspection here once before, that time I went with the owner of a tour company in Bangkok. We received such a warm welcome that I was incredibly impressed and told myself I definitely had to come back again someday.||So this time, I didn’t hesitate. As soon as the hotel released a lovely promotion, I quickly made a booking and made sure to bring the kids along.||Before the stay, I informed the hotel staff that we’d be celebrating the kids’ birthday there. They told me that they would provide a complimentary birthday cake. And that’s not all—the hotel even upgraded our room from a Deluxe to a Pool Room, which was so sweet of them!||When we arrived, the kids were super excited. They quickly changed clothes and asked, “Can we go swimming now?” Once I said yes, they rushed off to the pool and didn’t want to stop playing—even when it started getting dark.||When we got back to the room, they asked to continue swimming in our private pool. They finally came in at 5 a.m.—yes, 5 in the morning—and asked, “Is it morning yet? Can we swim?” I told them to wait until 6. But being kids, they didn’t go back to sleep. They just sat, snacked, and watched TV while waiting for 6 a.m. so they could jump back in the pool. Once the main pool opened, they were ready to go again!||That morning, they insisted on swimming before breakfast. They also made lots of new friends! When we finally went to the restaurant, the kids were amazed again—there was so much food! They ate to their hearts' content and then asked to go back to the pool again. Eventually, I had to call them back to the room to blow out the candles on the birthday cake before we checked out.||Big thanks to the hotel for the free room upgrade and the adorable birthday cake for little Marine!||If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. The swimming pool is huge with a dedicated kids’ area. The beach is just a short walk away, and the atmosphere is great. There are plenty of facilities to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, and the dinner menu is also fantastic. It’s perfect for families, couples, and people of all ages—and it’s not far from...

This is a beautiful resort on the sea. we were incredibly impressed by the high-quality of service at the hotel by the cleanliness of the pool and the ground and by the restaurant and dining experience. The staff is incredibly professional and they did a really wonderful job of making our family feel comfortable and addressing any questions or issues we had. The breakfast buffet is one of the best that I’ve had in Thailand with many western options, an egg station where you could get made to order omelettes, fried eggs, and even Kai krata (a Thai breakfast dish). They had fresh made smoothies every morning, pancakes, coconut pancakes, and noodles as well. The kids area was fun for the kids and it had a an indoor play place with many toys as well as a large outdoor playground. There’s a nice shallow kids pool with a waterslide as well as a big pool at the center of the resort. Well we were there everything was beautifully maintained and incredibly clean. This is a fantastic resort for families and they also have conference rooms. I think it would be a great place to have conference or meetings as well. The resort is in a little bit of a remote area, but the hotel has free shuttles to and from Hua Hin twice daily. Bottom line, we felt like it was a true five star experience at the hotel and the price is very affordable. It’s a great place for a beach getaway!!

Very nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff with one exception. On checkin we were not greeted at all by a receptionist that seemed to forget she was working in a hotel, I said hello both in Thai and English but got no response except she asking for passport. So we were a bit unsure if we had come to a hotel or a different sort of facility… Also, This is the first hotel in hua hin we’ve been to that requires your passport, I usually never bring it here and it’s never an issue as I have a copy and my Thai drivers license. By coincidence I brought it this time. The guards were very nice and even put a sun visir on our car to keep it cool on our departure day, we had ordered a big double bed but got two single beds put together, the house keeping staff came and fixed them together even though it was late at night, that’s great service! So other service staff made up for the lack of welcome. Rooms are large and clean, well kept with large balcony. The facilities are great with large pools and restaurants, pools are filled with families during daytime so it’s a great place to be if you have small kids. We enjoyed walking 2-300 meters down the road and eating at the beach restaurants which was very convenient.
