PROS: OUTSTANDING value! Hotels in up-country cities like this can run a bit pricey for the bigger properties and don't always deliver. The Morage was close to what we needed (relatives), but was a bit removed from other areas of the city people might want to visit. Make no mistake, there are restaurants nearby. Parking is very plentiful. The staff I encountered were great, but they were few. One or two at the front desk and a few in the restaurant. I wasn't looking for resort accommodations. I was looking for a clean room, in this part of the city, at a great price. In that regard, the Morage fit exactly what I needed. I would stay here again. ||||CONS: There was no bellman that I saw. Not usually a big deal, but there is also no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. So bringing the bags up and down was more of a chore than anticipated. Not a huge problem, just not expected. The breakfast was a bit Spartan with regards to choices, but was part of the package. The facilities were quite basic, but that was okay for me. I wasn't looking for resort accommodations, so I was still pleased overall...

Whilst the hotel looks attractive from the outside and it is relatively new my experience was poor. First room the air con refused to work correctly and after a 40+ degree day the room was stifling . After some discussion an alternative room was offered. Whilst the air con was better the room only became acceptably cool by 6.00 am the next morning. I suspect the air conditioning has been governed in some way as even at its lowest temperature and highest fan speed the cooling effect was limited. Breakfast is included but don't bother. Despite 3 staff in attendance the buffet food was stone cold with none of the alcohol flame heaters working. At least the toast I cooked was hot. Disappointing...

..; I was plonked down here, for a total of three (3) nights, all of which were highly pleasurable, from check-in to check-out, all the way during my hassle-free stay.|| Breakfast was amortized into the tariff and it was delicious with a variety of Thai and Western style options, plus, it was served early.||. There is a full service restaurant that opens at night 6pm to Midnight, also providing room service, at the same time, plus a convention centre.||. Two street access, ample carparking, nice looking receptions area (snacks and drinks available for purchase) and complimentary bicycle hire too.||. Happy to go back and recommend to...

Booked hotel from Agora. listed as three-star. would give it two-star. Hotel was clean, Can suggest some improvements. TV is 24 inch, picture of TV sitting on bed watching, larger TV would be appreciated. Towels provided old worn-out towels, provide with new towels. everything worked. They did provide a water boiler, but no coffee in room. Had to walk to 7-Eleven to buy coffee. Breakfast was sufficient, didn't expect an American style of breakfast.

The hotel is nice. Very good price and worth the price. The breakfast line is really good. They have both western and Thai breakfast. They also have coffee machine, which is really nice. The room is spacious and comfy. One thing though, they turn off the hallway light and it’s really dark. My dad’s eyes are not as good, so it was hard for him and I walk. That’s the only thing I would recommend the hotel improve.

. I was a very happy guest 😊 at this mid-range priced, centrally located, clean plus comfortable place to stay, right in the heart of the city of Phitsanulok. A seamless accommodation experience throughout my three (3) nights stay and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.
