The Park Hotel, Phitsanulok — Hotel in Phitsanulok Province

I regret to say that my stay was far from pleasant. The room was overrun with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to relax. The walls were peeling and cracked, and there was hair left behind by previous guests, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and is completely unacceptable. The bathroom had a foul, sewage-like odor that spread into the bedroom, making it unbearable to stay. When I asked for a toothbrush, I was told to go buy one at 7-Eleven, which is not only inconvenient but also careless and unprofessional. The lighting in the room was so dim it was impossible to do any paperwork at night. The air conditioner was the only thing that worked properly, offering some relief in an otherwise dreadful environment. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The only redeeming factor was the location, which was convenient, but with all these issues, this stay was far below expectations and certainly not...

The Park Hotel is more expensive than I would like to pay for a night in Phitsanulok, but is in an ideal location - walkable distance from the train station (about 1.3km) and the weekend night market, and in close proximity to some cute bars. The beds are luxarious! Like sleeping on a cloud. Room had a mini fridge (and mini bar!), as well as hair driers available. The Park Hotel had by far, the best complimentary breakfast of any Thai hotel I have stayed in. Among the staples, the most perfect croissants. I was hoping for a garden to rest and read a book in, but unfortunately that wasn't its purpose. Seemed more like a beautiful backdrop for weddings in their conference center. No seating. The garden is not a space...

I asked for 1 queen bed on my booking when I check in, the front lady and man, don't seem to have any idea, instead asking me " did you book today" funny right and I said NO, I book a day before, then they all turn to check they computer, then start to process to check me in and of course I got two twin bed, the front lady pull together" just pull together not even try to fix to make it like 1 queen bed, so unprofessional. The room is ok, closet look dirty, and the restroom is so dirty, even has some left over hair, so disgusting!!!!!!! I would never be back here again,...
