Nam Talay Resort — Hotel in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Stayed here for four nights in January and couldn’t really be happier with our stay. For the price point on offer (cheaper than most other accommodation) it proved to be an extremely comfortable and laidback stay. The room was a decent size with lots of natural light from the spacious and green balcony. The owner was so chilled, friendly and helpful. His daughter is a real character. There are some delicious restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the beach is also a five minute walk away. The beach here is excellent, not crowded and just generally lovely.There’s a bike/motorcycle rental shop just around the corner, which provided us with a great motorcycle for 250 THB per day. We booked our bus back to BKK from the owner - it picked us up from the hotel and was a pleasant enough journey costing 240 THB each. Would definitely...

Lovely. ||Rooms are big and new. ||In the middle of nearly nowhere with a beatiful beach just 3 mins walking.||Breakfast is actually included if you are not after a full english breakfast. You can make your own (istant- sigh) coffee and bread, and they provide you with some fruit and different treats every morning.||You can manage to get a good price, lower than booking in advance online. Just be patient since their english is limited. The area receives mainly local tourism and only during the weekend. Accueil sympathique, arrivée à 19h00 le coins est très calme et plus d'âme qui vivent dans le village, heureusement la personne qui nous réceptionné nous indique un restaurant pour dîner, situé en bord de mer devant tous les bateaux des pécheurs posé sur le sable en attente de la marée haute pour remplir leurs filets... Très bon dîner avec des préparation au crabes et bon accueil. (Nous découvrirons que le lieu est beaucoup plus animé le lendemain matin). Chambre propre, douche avec de la pression, seul le lit laisse un peu à désirer, une protection plastique a été mise pour préserver le matelas, mais cela procure une mauvaise sensation de sudation et de bruits dès que l'on se retourne... Petit déjeuner simple, mais il ne manque rien, ont déjeune sur la terrasse, c'est sympa... Nous sommes restés...
