Rest Detail Hotel Hua Hin — Hotel in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

I was highly impressed with this resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and spoke great English. We felt like royalty. The welcome drink of fresh squeezed lime juice was just perfect on the hot and humid day. A very spacious and comfortable lobby area with high ceilings to keep it breezy and cool. From the lobby it was only about 15 meters to the beachfront which was nice and quiet and empty, feeling more like a private beach. The grounds are immaculate and maintained hourly. A nice touch to ensure it is always looking beautiful. The restaurant faces both the long Olympic pool and the beach serving really amazing dishes. We had dinner there on the first night we arrived and I had western food and my wife had Thai food and both were exceptional. The following day we had a very delightful high tea which I highly recommend. The buffet breakfast was the best I have had at a resort, everything was fresh and tasted perfect. Great bread station, large egg and soup stations, even a specialty drink station if you are wanting a Thai iced milk tea for breakfast. Really great, all of it. And yet it was spotless clean. Really impressive. The room was large, spacious, with an extra comfortable giant king sized bed with many pillows. A day bed is also in the room, and a really huge bathroom. The shower was great with 2 different nozzles from different directions makes the experience better. The balcony was also giant with two comfy chairs and a table to relax at. The pools were also great. One pool for all the guests, and private area for a big pool for guests that book into that private exclusive area. And of course there are villas with a smaller private pool. ||Being situated around 5 minutes south of Hua Hin airport, and about 10 minutes to the central clock tower, night market area depending on traffic. Rest Detail provides a shuttle bus during the day to help guests get into central Hua Hin. All in all, this resort is a fantastic value for the money. The rooms, lobby, even the grounds are spotless clean with a nice chill mood surrounding all the staff. There is also a spa with an attached gift shop with beach items (if you forgot any) like hats, beachwear, towels, and much more. There is a really cool theme of the 3 monkeys "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil" that is everywhere from pillows to glassware to clothing. You will not be disappointed here. I can't...

อิจฉาเพื่อนๆ ที่มาแล้วได้ความรับความประทับใจจากที่นี่

แต่เรา 3 ครั้ง ล่าสุดมีปัญหาทุกครั้ง ที่มาที่นี่ และได้ให้โอกาสทุกครั้ง สงสัยเราจะไม่ถูกกับสถานที่แห่งนี้แต่ครั้งนี้น่าจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้าย เลยอยากจะมาแชร์ประสบการณ์ทางด้านลบให้เพื่อนๆ ได้ฟังบ้าง

ครั้งที่ 1 ได้มีการสั่ง afternoon tea ไป รอจน 4 โมงกว่า ก็ยังไม่มีเอามาเสิร์ฟ เลยโทรไปถาม เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าไม่มีข้อมูล การประสานงานระหว่างแอดมินถือว่าสอบตก

ครั้งที่ 2 เมื่อปีที่แล้ว ด้วยความที่อยากมาที่นี่อีก แต่แฟนไม่อยากมาแฟนอยากไปที่อื่น เราให้แฟนถามที่พักว่ามีห้องว่างไหม แต่แฟนไม่ถามให้สักที ด้วยความที่เราอยากไปมากเลยถาทเข้าไปเองในเพจ แต่เวลานั้นแฟนเราก็ถามไปด้วย เวลาห่างกันไม่ถึง 5 นาที แต่คำตอบที่ได้คือตอบเราว่าเต็ม และตอบแฟเราว่าว่าง เวลานั้นเป็นช่วงเช้า 10.00 น.กว่า เลยคุยว่าอ่าวตกลงยังไง คนนึงบอกว่างคนนึงบอกเต็ม ณ ตอนนั้นก็ยังไม่ได้จอง แต่ด้วยความอยากไป ตอนค่ำ 3 ทุ่มกว่าเลยให้แฟนถามไปใหม่ว่าว่างไหม ถ้าว่างให้จองและจ่ายเงินเลย ปรากฏว่า ว่าง เลยทำการจองและจ่ายเงินเลย เลยมีข้อสงสัยว่าทำไมแจ้งเราว่าเต็ม..ในรอบนั้น เรื่องนี้เคลียจบไปแล้ว

เรื่องที่ 3 พอมาถึงที่พัก หอบของพะรุงพะรัง และตอนนั้นมือเจ็บต้องใส่เฝือกอ่อน ขนของขึ้นที่พัก พนักงานก็ไปด้วยแต่ไม่มีการเอ่ยปากช่วยเหลือช่วยถือกระเป๋าเลย จนถึงห้อง ตอนนั้นก็แจ้งทางโรงแรมกับเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้น ทางโรงแรมก็ขอโทษและแต้งกลับมาว่า “ เรียนคุณผู้ชายครับ ผมเป็นผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับน่ะครับ ก่อนอื่นต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกเป็นอย่างสูงน่ะครับ ผมขออนุญาต ต้องอบรมทางทีมงานเพิ่มเติมน่ะครับ ให้แก้ไขข้อบกพร่่องตรงจุดนี้ ให้เสนอตัวช่วยลูกค้าถือสำภาระทุกครั้ง ขออภัยในความไม่่สะดวกอีกครั้งน่ะครับ”. “กราบขอภัยอย่างสูงอีกครั้งครับ คุณผู้ชาย เรียนตามตรง ทางโรงแรมไม่มีนโยบายให้ลูกค้าถือสำภาระด้วยตัวเองครับ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นใบเล็กหรือใบใหญ่ จะต้องนำส่งที่ห้องพักครับ กรณีที่สัมภาระเป็นใบขนาดย่อม ๆ อาจนำมาวางใกล้ ๆ คุณลูกค้า แต่ยังไงก็ยังต้องถือตามขึ้นไปให้คุณลูกค้าครับ ขออภัยแทนทางทีมงาน อีกครั้งครับ จะไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ขึ้นอีกครับผม”

และครั้งที่ 4 รอบล่าสุด พนักงานขับรถกอล์ฟ ไปส่งฝั่ง pool village ขับเร็วมาก จนแฟนต้องทักว่าพี่อย่าดริบนะ จนขับออกมาส่งล็อบบี้ ก็ยังขับเร็วเหมือนเดิม และหัวเราะกับเพื่อนอีก ไม่เหมาะสมเลย

ขากลับเช็คเอ้าท์ ต้องบอกก่อนว่ารอบนี้เราผ่ามือมา และใส่เฝือก พยุงแขนข้างนึง เราก็ถือกระเป๋าเดินออกมาจากโซน พลู วิลเลจ ระหว่างทางจะพนักงาน 2 คน ทั้ง 2 คนไม่มีการให้การช่วยเหลือ จนถือมาถึงล็อบบี้ จนเช็คอินเสร็จ แฟนเราก็ไปเอารถ เราก็ถือกระเป๋าไปรอตรงถนนเพื่อเอากระเป๋าขึ้นรถ ระหว่างที่เดินไปนั้น พนักงานผู้ชาย สอบถาม คนด้านหลังเราว่าช่วยถือไหม คนด้านหลังบอกไม่เป็นไร เราคิดว่าเดี๋ยวคงมาช่วยเราถือ แต่สิ่งที่คิดไม่ใช่ เค้าเดินผ่านเราไปเลยโดยไม่สนใจ จนเราเดินไปถึงถนนและรอรถมาจอด พอรถจอดพนักงานจึงค่อยมาถามว่าช่วยไหม คือมันไม่ใช่เวลาที่ต้องถามเวลานี้แล้วไหม ที่ผ่านมาทำไมไม่มาช่วย ด้วยความหงุดหงิด เราเลยตอบว่าไม่เป็นไร

หลังจากนั้นเราก็คอมเพลนไปทางเพจ และมีผู้ข่วยผู้จัดการโทรมา เหมือนจะโทรมาขอโทษ แต่ลักษณะการพูดคือเพื่อสร้างความชอบธรรมให้กับตัวเอง คือ บอกว่าได้เช็คกล้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว ก็มีพนักงานไปถามอยู่นะคะ ความจริงคือมาถามตอนที่จะเอาขึ้นรถแล้ว ระหว่างทางที่เดินมาทำไมไม่สนใจ ถามช่วยคนอื่น แต่เดินผ่านเราไป 2.ถามเรากลับว่าได้มีการเรียกให้พนักงานมาช่วยยกกระเป๋าที่ห้องไหม ด้วยเพราะเวลานั้นคนเช็คเอาท์เยอะเราเลนไม่เรียก เลยตอบว่าไม่ได้เรียก

คือ การที่เห็นคนเจ็บถือกระเป๋าเอง แล้วมาให้ความช่วยเหลือ มันเป็นบริการขั้นพื้นฐานเลยนะครับ หรือคนทั่วๆ ไปเรียกว่าน้ำใจ แต่ที่นี่ไม่มีให้ และเป็นเรื่องเดิมที่เกิดขึ้นแล้ว สถานที่สวย แต่ขาดความใส่ใจ ขาดบริการที่ดี ใครที่เจอคงจะไม่ประทับและคงไม่มาอีก แต่ถ้าบริการดี ใครๆก็อยากมาอีก ดวงเราคงจะไม่เหมาะกับที่นี่จริงๆ

ถ้าทางโรงแรมเห็นประโยชน์ และใส่ใจกับคำติชมของลูกค้าและนำไปปรับปรุง พัฒนา แก้ไขด้วยความจริงใจ ก็เป็นผลดีกับบทางโรงแรมเอง แต่ถ้าเป็นพูดเพื่อให้ผ่านๆ และเจอเรื่องเดิมๆ อีก...

I was here 7 years ago, i decide to come here this time, Room is clean, beautiful, bed is firm and nice, view is great and very quite, great for vacation, i would still recommended all to stay here if you have chance, it is place for you to rest.

also we are very happy for complimentary anniversary cake, it is really delicious.

there are some comments and recommendations. facility is clean and good, but it could be better, some small comment = ie Soft close on toilet, the razor that provide by hotel is not in good quality. Staff is nice, however sometime i felt a bit lack of attention to guest, ie when i arrive, there is no welcome drink to my wife and myself. or normally there will be a cleaning / room setting at 5 PM (based on staff inform us), but seems that doesn't happen to our room.

also the neck support pillow is out of stock (the one with monkey printing) i would like to buy but it...
