First time staying here and I usually stay at the big 5 star places but they have been increasing their prices as of late and can not justify staying in them for the prices they are asking. This small but quaint resort sits in a “Village” like area a little wats from the centre of town but the beach is basically across the road. The units are basically just that “Units” fully equipped kitchens and all super nice and fairly new. The beds are ridiculously comfortable and they have great pillows which is very important to me. This is the kind of place you could stay in for a long term stay very easily. The staff are all very kind and ensure you have everything you need. The owner actually lives on the property and he and his wife are very attentive and gracious and he’s always around making sure everyone is happy and taken care of. I’ve been stuck in Thailand for a few months now because of the lockdowns and really wish I knew about this place a few months ago as I was stuck in Bangkok in a nice place but would have rather stayed here as it’s a beautiful little area and lots around too. This place is very family friendly too and has a pool and there were quite a few familia with children here. They have an extensive Thai and Indian food menu if you choose to just stay on the property but as I said there are quite a few other little Thai places in the neighborhood as well. Highly...
Read moreI used this place in Hua Hin for my one night quarantine and what a great little place. On check in the staff were smiling and friendly and organised me a snack very quick once I’d checked in. The room was huge, clean and bright with lovely views. The aircon worked perfectly and I was able to have it on all night without being disturbed. There is a pool which looked lovely and refreshing, though I didn’t use it. The rooms are kitted out for families and mine had what I assumed is a connecting door so I guess you could book adjoining rooms for larger groups. There is cutlery, plates, mugs, a kettle and toaster. Apparently, it’s only a couple of hundred metres from the beech, though again I couldn’t use that. Only one thing could have been better is that, given there is a kettle, it could have done with a welcome pack of tea/coffee in the room. But that’s not a huge deal and overall I was very happy with my stay. If using it as a quarantine hotel, be assured that all documentation complies with Thailand Pass. Airport pick up is provided and was simple to use as well as my required PCR on arrival in Hua Hin. All of this is included in the price and they gave me my PCR results as soon as they’d arrived. I was only here for one night, but with all the facilities I’d say this would be great for a longer holiday and would happily...
Read moreOrdinary concrete building with no charm at all, set up on a small piece of land in an environment with no charm at all, with view on a ridiculous swimming pool of about 12 meters, with reduced parking space which obliges us to park the car in a land away from the hotel...all that for 2500 baht with a breakfast for 2 people only... but not for our son 5 years old who should have paid an extra cost for his breakfast!!! Great !!!! A summary of the general atmosphere ! On the top of it : in covid restrictions, contrary to the regulation and against the basic security measures none of the staff wore a mask and clearly ignored what social distancing means ! They did not bother at all about our comments to them in this respect. Initially we planned to enjoy the morning and relax around the swimming pool. We escaped as soon as we have waken up. GO AWAY ! There are so many beautiful places and accommodation in Thailand...
