🌊 The Blue Sky Resort @ Hua Hin – A Serene Escape with a Stunning Heart
Nestled in the quiet surroundings of Khao Tao, The Blue Sky Resort @ Hua Hin is a hidden gem that blends modern luxury with tranquil seaside charm 🏖️. One of the most captivating features of this resort is the beautiful central swimming pool that stretches along the courtyard between the villas 🏝️. The pool is not just decorative—it serves as the centerpiece of the entire property, reflecting the sky above and creating a calm, cooling atmosphere 🌤️.
Each room is thoughtfully designed, with some offering direct pool access—perfect for morning swims or lazy afternoons with a cocktail in hand 🍹. The clean turquoise water contrasts beautifully with the white buildings, palm trees, and the minimalist landscaping 🌴. At night, soft lighting around the pool adds to the romantic, dreamy vibe 🌙✨.
Beyond the resort itself, just a short stroll away, lies a local pond known as “Khao Tao Reservoir” (or “Pranburi Reservoir”) 💧. This natural site holds deep spiritual and cultural value to the local community. Historically, it was visited by King Rama IX and has become a beloved place for both meditation and reflection among locals 🙏.
Guests often take early morning walks to the pond, where they find peace, calm winds, and sacred energy radiating from the waters. It’s a place of quiet beauty, where birds flutter through the reeds and the horizon opens to green hills and distant temples 🕊️🏞️.
The resort’s location makes it easy to explore not just the pond, but also Khao Tao Beach, temples nearby, and local seafood restaurants 🍤. Yet within the resort’s walls, peace is preserved. The sound of splashing water from the pool and gentle sea breezes create an oasis of calm.
Staff here are polite and helpful, always smiling and quick to assist with genuine hospitality 🤝😊. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, the resort’s layout, service, and spiritual surroundings will help you unwind.
From the majestic central pool to the meaningful local landscape, The Blue Sky Resort @ Hua Hin offers a stay that’s as visually stunning as it is emotionally nourishing 🌅. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both comfort and connection—with nature, with culture, and...
Read moreWe stayed 3D2N in a Villa type, which actually it's a duplex style The bedroom is on the upper floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor with a living room space and a small pantry corner. The room is quite worn out. Main swimming pool is in front of the room whilst the restaurant is a few steps away by the beach for dinner. Breakfast is served in different place near the reception area.|The arrival surprised us as there was no welcome drinks nor a proper welcome as it was supposed to be (given the room price and compared to the other resorts in similar type). Breakfast need improvement on choices, variety and presentation. Dinner by the beach is below expectation only the view and sea breeze are nice and relax. We tried to order seafood since it's a beach restaurant but the answer is sorry, we don't have seafood today. To be honest, the resort is at the sea but there is no seafood. We also tried to order a simple dish i.e bruschetta but the answer was the same; sorry we don't have it today.|We also noticed that restaurant staff were drinking while they were on duties in the bar. The drinks were passed along among the staff at the restaurant. It seemed a normal behavior as there is no senior staff warning their team on this matter at all.|Staff is very limited and I haven't noticed any supervisor or manager level provide supervision to the team. Most team members are young but need supervision. We are impressed with a young restaurant girl with a good attitude in the service. Housekeeping is not neat as a used mat is misplaced by hanging over the toilet.|In my view, the resort needs a serious supervision to deliver a proper service in order to catch up with a good...
Read moreThe design of the hotel as well as the design of the rooms are really attractive and quite original.||Facing North-East, the hotel never have sun on it’s complete "corridor-shaped" structure and there is no sun at all anymore around 3pm as it disappeared behind the building. Nice, long pool but only a small space on top can be used to sit and however no sun anymore after 3pm. No long chairs. The overall feeling of the place seems dark and tight.||Mostly Thai clients. No foreign channels on TV. ||No beach as one would be accustomed in Hua Hin or Cha Am. On stormy days water comes up to the stairs and the resort walls and bring huge amounts of trash, which are not cleaned away. ||Very big rooms and bathrooms but far from perfectly clean. Especially around the sink and the shower door. Scotch-brite with good cleaner would remedy the situation but it isn't done. Many spots on the walls. Very loud airco even with fan on 1st position only. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and windows cannot be opened as there are no mosquito nets.||Breakfast is ok but of course very “Thai” orientated as those are the main clients.||Personnel is polite and helpful.||Parking in front.||Remote location, difficult to find a restaurant, even with a car and especially for lunch. ||For foreigners, which like to relax in the sun on the pool or at the beach, there are much better choices between Hua Hin and Cha Am for same or even...
