Just in front the sea Unpleasant staff (apart from the security guards at the entrance who are adorable and the owner who was very available and helpful). First when we arrived, they wanted to make us pay taxes that we had already paid when booking. As said below we also found that there are thieves in their staff we had money stolen the first day by the air conditioning repairman because the safe made available did not work and I do not even speak the behavior of the foreign manager of a certain age!! Following bedbug bites in a room, they want to disperse insecticides everywhere inside the house I explain to him that I am with young children who move to 4 pasta and put all in the mouth I asks him to put the product just outside the house and just in the room concerned. He answers me word for word it's not possible and it's not my problem if you have children who lick the floor while ending his sentence with: You only have to take care of your children!! By looking down on me and my Thai wife, behavior completely hysterical and threatening to see racist towards us!! Not knowing what to say to us, he even threatened me and asked me to leave the reception! I strongly advise against this establishment for all these reasons! Basically everything was our fault we complain too much 😂😂 the joke!! Not once an apology during our exchange on the contrary! Horrible experience at this hotel. Me and my mom came to Thailand on a quick trip to gather belongings of her father who recently passed away. We decided to spend a night in rayong near the end of our trip and booked this room last minute. Upon arrival, the receptionist was not very helpful in giving information about the hotel, then pointed out we accidentally booked it for the following night. We asked to switch it to that night because we were obviously already there and we’re already given the key to the room. We made the switch online and the fee for changing it was more expensive than the room itself ($45 USD per night, $50 fee to change nights). We had no other option so we paid the fee. The room itself looks nice, this is the only positive thing about the hotel. It was hot when we walked in, so I tried to open the balcony doors to find they are broken and jammed. We wanted to eat, and we arrived around 7:30pm, so we headed to the restaurant. We had spent the last of our cash on the taxi from the airport, and were informed the nearest atm was off property approximately 1km away. We found out it was actually 3km away, and after walking there and back, the restaraunt was closed. The receptionist was also gone so we couldn’t purchase WiFi for the room. If you want to shower, you can choose to have water pressure, or hot water, but not both. The beds are not comfortable, we booked a double room and it only came with one towel, and you must pay to get another one. Overall, worst customer service experience I have ever had, only stay here if your only other option is the street. One star...

🏡The townhouse near the beach had 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen, barbeque was really useful, the pool nice, especially for our kid.

🏊 The restaurant is closed (can go to nearby place), and all activities (mini golf, tennis, pingpong, etc) non existent any more, abandoned.. The pool is functioning and pleasant, thank you for the nostalgic music, loved the moment!

🏖️ I was shocked to see the beach so polluted. I would like to request local authorities and businesses of Rayong (hotels, restaurants) to take care of the beautiful beach. There is too much waste and plastic on the beach and in the sea. Educate fishermen and all populations about the pollution, put signs, clean the beach, help others clean the beach (we tried by hand, but it is too long to do! a tractor is needed! provide tools for people to help clean the area).
