Tique Series Boutique Resort ทีค ซีรีย์ บูทีค รีสอร์ท — Hotel in Rayong Province

Never been travelling to Rayong before we had a stop over here before continue with our travels. The property looks nice and is nice, however please be aware of the following;||nobody speaks English only Thai, if you have breakfast included it will be traditional Thai breakfast, the property is located out to a very trafficked road and is very loud during all hours, also in the night, lots of local dogs barking in the night as well.||On the good side, excellent wifi and the tv has 100's of channels, however all in Thai...||The beach area close by is nothing fancy, during the evening hours it becomes more friendly and you eat really nice seafood here at a very fair cost, compared to the cost of the hotel stay which is ridiculous compared to other places in Thailand with the same standard. We went to Rayong in two families and had connecting rooms.||1. Our room had no bathroom door and no lamp, and they told us it’s “family room”. Even though we are family, we need some privacy during our bathroom time. ||2. They have limited choices for the morning buffet, no chocolate drink “Milo” for the kid. Instead, they told us to have soy bean drink. ||3. The maid will not clean our room if we don’t put up the sign asking them to clean it which we weren’t informed about the sign before we checked in.||4. The WiFi is not able to connect at all, should improve the wifi signal coverage or else just do not advertise that the place has WiFi access.

The hotel room is okay, but the sheets were dirty and had to call the housekeepers to change them.

The location is near the beach, but cannot walk from the resort to the beach directly. They advertised that it has the ocean view, but they actually mean you can see partial beach view from your room facing the beach, but there are other buildings/tree partially block your view.
