The hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several service-related issues.
First, the check-in process was unnecessarily slow — it took around 20 minutes, even though there was no queue. We were also very tired upon arrival and were willing to pay for early check-in since we knew there were available rooms, but the staff insisted that check-in was only possible after 2 PM. It felt like a missed opportunity for the hotel to offer better service and earn extra revenue.
Once we finally got to our room, we noticed that the toiletries were not clearly labeled. It was confusing to figure out which bottle was shampoo and which was body wash — something so simple but important for guest comfort. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a proper place to put the shower gel and shampoo. There might have been a space near the mirror, but since the shower area was in the upper left corner and the mirror was in the lower right, the distance made it quite inconvenient.
Another suggestion: it would be really helpful to have more hooks in the room for hanging clothes or towels. We found the existing options quite limited.
Lastly, we were only given one room key. Since I wanted to rest while my boyfriend preferred to go out, we asked if we could get a second key, even if it meant paying extra. Unfortunately, the staff refused, which felt very inflexible and not guest-friendly at all.
Overall, while the room itself was great, the service and amenities could definitely be improved for a more...

Read moreThis is supposed to be the worst budget hotel in Hatyai. I remember having stayed here back in 2017. I had a very good experience. However, sadly, the quality has drastically has gone down since then. When I first checked into the room, I was gobsmacked to see water streaming down all the walls. Upon reporting this to the receptionist, she understood my concern and moved us to another room. This room faced two large restaurants about 5-10 meters away, and it was nearly impossible for us to sleep until the music stopped at midnight! Additionally, the parking is another major issue, as it’s always predominantly occupied by restaurant-goers’ vehicles. I do not recommend this place to any European families with children. The only positive aspect is the staff; they are very kind and customer-oriented, always trying to resolve problems. The owner of this place doesn’t deserve such staff. Anyway, will I stay here again? Definitely a massive, massive,...
