Menu showing 1 hour, 2 hour…… in actual they do only 30 minutes and claimed it’s completed. We confronted the masseuse and they just don’t care, they said “talk to counter” so we complaint at the counter with evidence (phone time record) and finally the receptionist told the masseuse to continue until the actual time served. Unethical massage cheats. They are not just “trying to finish a little earlier” than time you paid, they do only half of the time. My family came in group, some chosen 1 hour therapy some selected 2 hours. They do not have any massage therapy lasting 1 hour or 2 hour or more as per in their menu, they do only half hour massage then start to ask you “do you want this do you want that”, and many of these are add-on requiring additional pay. If you don’t engage in those additional pay service they either act blur and stop before time or if you are checking the time they will just repeat whatever action they do for the first 30 minutes. If you engage in additional pay therapy (my aunt agreed for tummy treatment) they counted that additional paid therapy as included in the original timing of your selected default therapy. Boycott this place!!I just try out their one hour foot spa massage with my friend at third floor, the therapist skill is very lousy and simply fast I’m not feeling comfortable during the whole massage is was too gentle and no even give some pressure.The therapist started 18:35 and done it 19:16.The duration is less than one hour.Totally unprofessional.And they even ask for tips from us and tell us they only do one customer everyday so that we must give tips.We gave 50 baht per therapist and I heard they whisper only 50baht?Poor service poor skill poor attitude.Worst...

The room view on the 8th floor is nice, not too noisy so far (two nights). Air cond is very quiet. The Toilet flush design is excellent and uses very little water, I'm impressed. Items list display need to be updated as certain items were not physically there but still appeared in the list. Most hotel rooms these days are non-smoking, so please remove the item "ashtray"...Housekeeping needs to be requested.
