PP HOTEL DANOK — Hotel in Songkhla Province

This is the worse hotel/room I ever stayed in my experience. Its so smelly and in dirty condition. They had to change 2 rooms and finally we had to settle down in 3rd room out of no choice. The bed in very bad condition and the pillow.. OMG!! like has been used or washed for years and not changed! They even charged 30THB for each extra pillow.. for the dirty pillow! The first 2 rooms was so smelly, especially from the toilet! Balcony.. OMG, definitely where they grow diseases! Even the glass door cant be opened! Hygiene is out of the question, none of them knows the meaning of hygiene or cleanliness. The receptionist took the passport without even explaining hotel policy. After a stern warning, the receptionist returned my passport with a deposit of 500 THB. Is my passport worth 500 THB .. hahaha... never expect this! This is definitely a hotel not to be stayed unless none of you care about hygiene or cleanliness!!! The picture from the Trip.com for this hotel looks so clean and promising, later turned out to be biggest regret! Trip.com should always ask for latest pictures from hotel and verify it before posting it. This is so irresponsible and deceiving, layman term, cheating customers! Trip.com should take responsibility for this! Will never book this hotel again! Pictures...

The bed made me to have back pain. Spring of bed form broken. Staff evening shift during check in tolď me i can check out at 3 pm next day. I beleived the words and had my back treatment out in town and as i arrived back at 0100 pm the girl at reception asked me do i need to continue staying and i said no, i will check out before 3 pm coz to have shower and continue my journey. She was so rude and even told me she will call police if i do not pay extra. I asked to see her manager and she replied there is no manager for that hotel. The 2 girls at the reception are very rude and shouting which made people to turn and see at me and hospitality is also very poor. Not suitable for family to stay. Finally i paid more money to checkout process coz the girl refuse to give my passport.

I rate this hotel as 0 and will never suggest to any families...

Fast and friendly service. The standard room costs 500 baht. The room is super spacious, but the plug is really far away. If you enter the room, the bed is on the right, and the TV is on the left. The plug is next to the TV. There’s a fridge, sofa, and dining table. The cleanliness was okay, but the bathroom had a slight odor, and the bed sheets were thin. It’s close to 7-Eleven, Big C, and a pharmacy. The food places are about a 2-3...
