Mai Morn Resort — Hotel in Wichit

So we have a lot to say about this place. My boyfriend and I booked this because it said a 4-Star resort, but when we came, there was nothing about 4 stars . We were placed in room number 15. The room had many damages (shown in pictures below). First, our air conditioning broke and stopped working, they told us that we didn't know how to turn it on. When they turned on air conditioning for us, it still didn't work, and then they fixed it, but a day later, it was shutting down every 10 minutes. The third time we said air conditioning wasn't working, they finally said they knew it didn't work, and the last 2 days, they gave us another room. Meanwhile, these days in room number 15, we also didn't have cold water. We had only hot boiling water and couldn't shower because we would burn ourselves, but they told us that every room has the same water temperature and theres nothing they can do. But on our room change the last two days we saw that the water in a new room number 20 was fine all day and normal. Later on in the NEW room, our door handle was broken, and then we decided to file a complaint because that was just too much. They said that we never mentioned the hot water problem and that they solved the air conditioning problem right away, which they didn't. We stayed in a total of 10 days in the resort and really tried to give them a chance, but 8 of those days, it was real hell. They gave us complimentary breakfast which also is available too late (from 10.a.m.) and honestly not really good but eatble . The first instinct for them was always to try and make you a fool . The only GOOD THING about this resort was a pool because it was big and the fact that you have birds all around you(peacocks, swans, etc.) All in all the organization was very bad and partly they knew english and when there was something wrong they didn't know english. Ps. We really felt sorry for asking them to fix everything all the time, it was time-consuming for us also, and we appreciate all the help that we got from those who gave us solutions. But also, it was our vacation, so you can believe it was...

I can confirm 2 things that are mentioned by a lot of people: bed is horrible everything hurts after sleeping on them, it is like sleeping on the floor, really the worst I have ever slept on in my life cleaning is horrible, I think the balcony has been cleaned like 2 months ago, the sink is clogged, the mirrors are not cleaned (see photos), and I did not dare to watch the bathroom closely regarding cleanliness

I would like to add: some of the staff (eg. The cleaning ladies, and one receptionist) is nice, while others are not at all there is always, day and night an ongoing noise (a washing machine like noise) in the room, which made it almost impossible to sleep, I had to change room bc of this, and got a new one which had less of this noise but still was heardable with an earplug - this relates to 2nd floor DELUXE rooms! So noise pollution is really a thing here, if you want to relax your nervous system this might not be the place because it is very annoying. I did not leave because i paid in advance and did not want to move again since I moved there bc my earlier hotel was bad rooms are more or less well equipped but some of the stuff does not work for example the kettle had connection problems, and there are few missing necessities like clothes hanger for swimsuit, hand soap, normal lamp on the balcony to be able to read in the dark, beach towels

Plus: animals restaurant is reasonably priced and food is good swimming pool is quite clean garden is beautifully...
