The experience was okay. The rooms were nice, and the view, service and location were all great.

Despite these good qualities, I feel like two things in particular made me lower the score.

One of them is the due to the fact that there is no refrigerator, thus limiting the food options requiring one to eat outside. It would have been fine if the breakfast was great, but in terms of nutrition and satiety, it isn't. The breakfast consists of unhealthy foods such as Shamia (Halva), Jam, cake, coffee/chocolate milk, baguette, butter, and cheese. That is the base breakfast. In addition to that, they have a side dish that when me and my family were there (for 3 days), gave us: a small omelette with a few small cucumbers and tomatoes, a crepe with a lot of chocolate (looks like Nutella), and an egg with a few cucumbers and tomatoes respectively. The side dish was what I ate usually except for the 2nd day which was crepe and Nutella.

The other major concern that will turn a lot of people off is the loud music they have at night. The music starts at 10/11 pm and end at 3 am. Me and my family had to switch to rooms that were far away from the music that was coming from outside. After we did that it was okay, but it was still tiring that we had to go through that to be able to sleep.

A tip would be to have a car, since it would be preferable if you would like to explore the nearby city.

Resort parzialmente ristrutturato con particolare attenzione alle zone comuni. Le stanze però, soprattutto i bagni sono ancora piuttosto datati. Il personale è tutto molto gentile. Camerieri di sala davvero straordinari, mai fuori posto. Pulizia da rivedere completamente. Rifare il letto e neanche cosi bene, non significa pulire. Carta igienica e prodotti per il bagno vanno richiesti, diversamente non vengono lasciati in camera. Cibo abbondante, buono. Cena degustazione tunisina, buona anche se il cameriere è un po' rude. Piatti super abbondanti, brick e cous cous davvero pazzeschi! Quando vi diranno che la cena alla carta è piccante, non ci credete!!!! Piscina pulita e sempre controllata. A pochi passi dal resort c'è la Spiaggia con tre file di ombrelloni, ma quasi sempre disponibili, sebbene il bagnino sia anche lui una persona piuttosto rude. In entrambi i luoghi però alle 18.30 devi riconsegnare il materassino, cosi che possano ritirare le sdraio, in alternativa te le ritiri da solo. MA ANCHE NO! Elisa, responsabile Nicolaus è stata gentile all'accoglienza ed è stata disponibile in un paio di mie richieste. In parte sicuramente fa quel che può con i mezzi che ha, ma anche lei dovrebbe essere più presente. Il personale di animazione è quasi tutto alla prima esperienza, personale internazionale che spesso e volentieri ciondola per il resort senza organizzare alcuna attività, soprattutto il pomeriggio. Il gioco aperitivo delle 20.00 veniva sempre annullato perchè evidentemente gli ospiti alle 20 stanno cenando, per esempio! Gli stessi animatori non sapevano se acqua gym fosse alle 11.00 o alle 11.30 , se in piscina o al mare! I mini club sono divisi per nazionalità, e quello italiano per me è NO. Anche al mini club italiano non vengono organizzate attività per bambini ma si tratta solo di sorveglianza mentre i bimbi giocano o fanno il bagno, credo ci sia una sostanziale differenza. Raramente ho visto animatori che non salutano gli ospiti, questo credo sia davvero grave!!!!Eppure nell'animazione italiana c'è anche questo! Molto bello lo schiuma party in piscina, altri spettacoli serali bocciati assolutamente, sia per contenuti che per organizzazione. Baby dance e balli di gruppo estremamente ripetitivi, se ascolto le stesse 12 canzoni x 4 volte al giorno, per 7 giorni, al settimo giorno mi escono dalle orecchie! Big applaus come dice lui per un animatore che infatti si vede spesso nelle foto che accompagnano le recensioni, era l'unico ad essere davvero sempre tra la gente, a giocare con i ragazzi e a parlare con tutti, anche con chi aveva parlava una lingua differente. Non ci torneremo presumibilmente, ma è una struttura che con una figura organizzativa SERIA E CAPACE ha davvero...

Even for a budget hotel, this place is disappointing. The rooms are poorly equipped, lacking basic amenities like a TV, and there's a persistent moldy smell. The bathroom is outdated and in dire need of renovation.

The pool is small and poorly maintained, adding to the overall lackluster experience.

There’s no Wi-Fi, which is a significant inconvenience. On top of that, they play loud music near the rooms until 2 AM, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As for breakfast, it's practically a joke—just a coffee and a small croissant. Frankly, it would have been better if they hadn't offered it at all.

The only positive aspect is the beach, which is clean with crystal-clear waters. If you're solely focused on enjoying the beach, this hotel might suffice. However, if you expect anything more, I recommend...
