Our first visit to Tunisia and it was fantastic! We stayed at the oneconnect sun all inclusive hotel resort and loved the whole week! Our welcome was fantastic, with the enjoyment team dancing and handing out drinks to newcomers, check in was fast, our bags taken to our room and the room itself was perfect. We are family of 2 adults and 2 children so we had 2 beds pushed into a double and 2 single beds in the room. We also had a balcony facing the front of the property so we could see the pools and aqua park. Food was varied and plenty available throughout the day and night, drinks were all brilliant (especially the cocktails) and plenty of childrens options in the krick krack kids area. The beach is accessible directly at the back of the hotel and camels and jet skis are available to ride. The Thomas cook concessions tour guide, Wissim, was very helpful and we booked a trip to Friguia Parc which is a local zoo. The enjoyment team were all welcoming and friendly, engaging with adults and children all the way through the week. A special shout out to Ayoub for chatting to us, taking time to tell us about events and showing off his dance and acrobatics skills. Great hotel for families

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and overall, I’d give the experience a solid 4 stars. A big shoutout goes to Karim and Ali — two excellent waiters who were consistently attentive, helpful, and truly made our dining experience more enjoyable. The entire hotel, including the rooms, was kept spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. The food offered a fair amount of variety, but the quality wasn’t the best — repetitive at times and more quantity over quality. It did the job. The animation team was okay — always full of energy and making sure there was never a dull moment. A few practical tips: • Wi-Fi only works well in the lobby and common areas. If you need reliable internet, I recommend buying an eSIM at the airport — I paid around £15 for 27GB and it worked smoothly during the trip. • Currency exchange is best done at the airport. The hotel doesn’t let you buy dinars with a card — only cash exchange is available. • There is a cash machine just outside the resort, but personally, I didn’t enjoy the hassle of taking a taxi just for that. • Lastly, tipping goes a long way — a small gesture makes a difference in service.

I had the pleasure of staying at One Resort Jockey in May 2025, and I can confidently say that it was an absolutely excellent choice. The entire experience was a solid 10/10, and the value for money was simply outstanding. The hotel maintains a very high standard in every aspect – from the clean, well-equipped, and comfortable rooms, to the delicious and varied food options, as well as the professional and friendly staff. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who created a great atmosphere every day for both adults and children. The resort is spacious, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities, including beautiful pools, relaxing areas, and high-quality restaurants. It truly is a place where you can unwind and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The only downside was the condition of the sea water, which was unfortunately polluted with plastic waste. While this is not the hotel’s fault, it did slightly impact the beach experience. That said, I still rate my stay very highly and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation spot at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend.

Review on One resort jockey. Also known as sun connect. What a disappointment. We booked this hotel on the basis of reviews!!!! Not sure if others have actually given honest reviews. We stayed in this resort for 6 days, we are family of 4 including 2 young children. I would not rate this hotel a 4 star. What a disappointment. 2 star. Some staff in the resort are friendly and some are not. Hotel is very DIRTY. Rooms are dirty, sheets and towels have stains. The cleaner will not clean your room properly. Simple thing like hotel lobby isnt cleaned the carpet is dirty. We can hear lots of noise from other rooms and from the lobby area. Walking bare feet in your room you will get dusty feet. Bathroom/ toilet isn’t cleaned.

Dining room is not managed very well. You will get plates, glass and cutlery that has not been washed properly. You have guests running around to find a table. You are not directed by the staff to a table. Breakfast and lunch food is ok. Dinner is a big disappointment. Food by the both pool is ok, not great. Portion size are small when serving, stingy!

When we checked in the staff at the reception were very sweet and the director of hotel management was checking us in. He told us he was sorting us out with a room and walked us to the room he was offering. We had booked a family room/ suite however he took us to a triple room. He was offering a room that we had not paid for. CON MAN!!! When we said we have paid for family room not triple room he said we can stay here for one night and will give us a family room the next day. Con man!!!! I noticed they had done that to few other guests after speaking with others. However this got resolved after we insisted to be given what we paid for. We were then given a family room . This was not a easy check in, took us 2 hours.

Food was not nice, quality of food and drink is cheap , there is no taste or flavour in food and will not give us enough food. Food near the water slide is better than the food served in the other parts of the resort. There isn’t really any child friendly food. Seems like the workers are tired and over worked therefore not doing what they should be doing. Service at food and drink is very slow. The only thing we like on this hotel was the water slides and the pool. The beach is dirty. You will find cigarettes butts and other rubbish on the grounds of the beach. No kettle or iron in the room. The gym is always closed.

I could write more in this review and would be a long article. Please do not fall for other reviews when you book this as I think those were not honest reviews and we were...
