Stayed in August. There was no fridge in the room, they promised to put one, and it never came although we asked for it few times as the medicines and baby food couldn't stay out. The airconditioning was moldy (photo attached), it was working properly, but for this reason we had to avoid using it even if it was very hot and humid outside. On one occasion we went out and left it on with the room darkened on purpose, to return to the balcony doors open, lights open and toilet with the product for cleaning glass there, but nothing cleaned (photo attached). ||The cleaning lady enters the room three times during the day, first time she takes out dirty towels, second time is the cleaning time, and the third time in the afternoon to bring the clean towels. ||Staff is very kind and professional, cleanliness is at a high level except the fact that all of the hotel is smoking friendly and people are smoking even in front of the rooms and at the hotel entrance. ||The food is really diverse and with a lot of effort put in it, the staff at the restaurant is really professional and helpful.||The hotel is a bit far from other places, but it's an ok place to rest and relax. ||Massage and some other services can be done with an appointment at the reception.the swimming pool and the hotel are beautiful and calm. One can order food at the swimming pool, if I remember well, simple pizza margharita was 18 dinars, so very fair price and great variety of food to chose from.||Our friends didn't experience what we did, so I don't know why we weren't at least transfered in another room because at the end we did have to pay for the full service. All in all, it wasn't really a pleasant experience, we just wanted what we payed for. ||(photos rotate for...

The hotel tried to quote me a price of 600DT for an executive room with a "deal" of only 400DT since it was 9pm at night. Too bad I could book it online for 250DT a room.
I booked online and when I came back with the family they started to yell at me about my booking of two rooms being for 2 adults and not 2 adults and 2 children. After arguing the children should be free and then saying just charge me the extra they told me to rebook. I rebooked for a total of 17USD difference. While this was going in the receptionist checking me in continued to put me on hold while I was standing in front of her to answer the phone.
In the end the rooms were ok. The breakfast was non existent (as the staff made sure to repeatedly tell me I didn't qualify for free breakfast) and the service...
