WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE!||Our stay between August 8–10, 2025 was nothing short of a nightmare. As two women traveling together, we returned to the hotel late at night to find our room key not working. Reception reactivated it, and when we entered the room, we noticed the power outlets were not working, so we called reception to report it.||||Just five minutes later, at 2:00 AM, right after we had changed our clothes, a male hotel staff member suddenly opened our door and walked in! We later discovered that even if the door is locked from the inside, it can easily be opened from the outside with a key card. The staff member claimed he was told the room was vacant.||||Furious, we went to reception, only to be told, “It was our staff’s stupidity, sorry, we can change your room.” We demanded to see the manager. We explained that this was absolutely unacceptable — if this had happened just one minute earlier, we could have been completely undressed or in any number of compromising situations. Clearly, there is no safety or security in this hotel. If someone had entered our room the previous night while we were sleeping, they could have recorded us or stolen our belongings without us even knowing — and apparently, it would have been very easy to do so.||||Due to the complete lack of safety and security, we called the police and filed a complaint. The only solutions the hotel management offered were “We’ll change your room” and “We’ll fire the staff member.” The door lock was useless, yet they still told us to “just lock your door”, which was absurd. We couldn’t sleep the entire night out of fear and checked out first thing in the morning.||||To make matters worse:|| • Housekeeping rinses dirty glasses in the bathroom sink and puts them back.|| • Used sheets are not changed, just remade — we only realized this after witnessing it ourselves.|| • The breakfast area is filthy and unhygienic.|| • Service quality is zero; you can’t even find staff to take an order.|| • The sea is too rough to swim in, and the pier is poorly built and useless.|| • The location is extremely remote — if you plan to go anywhere, taxis cost at least 800–900 TL (if you can even find one).||||No comfort, no hygiene, no security.||This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Whoever’s leaving the reviews about spotless cleanliness and new rooms must be kidding or just blind. I’ve checked in today to celebrate my birthday but instead spending my time in attempt to fix the room: leaking shower head (fixed), non working kettle, an extremely dirty floor with someone’s hair and terrace furniture which can’t be even used because of the really old black dusting. My feet turned black after 5 mins of staying in the room. The whole room feels unkempt like it was abandoned for a long time. I’m definitely not the kind of person who’s always looking for defects, but two calls were made and nothing is happening for several hours, the hotel should realize that as a guest I’m not here to desperately trying to get help instead of relaxing and enjoying my time Be skeptical while checking the reviews

Upd: I was never contacted by anyone directly even though the restaurant manager told me that someone contacted me via WhatsApp. I left my direct number and email upon arrival. Shower was fixed immediately, it’s true Kettle is not working still, nothing is done after 48 hours The cleaning was made lately in the evening, terrace furniture wasn’t cleaned after my request

Thank you for your kind recommendation to address a reception desk. Besides my previous requests for cleaning and technical issues I called them upon my return on the day one when I found some other guest dirty clothes in my room and was told “sorry, can’t help you” so it doesn’t seem effective to me. As an ex-hotelier and mice professional I’m really amazed by the level of disregard to the guest’s requests. I’m attaching the pics I made upon arrival showing “cleaning standards”

It’s a new hotel. Big part of construction is done in the hotel but little parts are not and the hotel needs more profesional management service. It was only couple rooms with us in the hotel. Basically we were the first ones using the rooms. The rooms are done for construction but absolutely never been checked for if anything is working. The window glass is almost coming out, the tv had no cable, the drawer holder broke once it pulled, the rooms were airless first enter cause of the new furnish and construction, electric cabinet is not locked at all in the rooms (the look is pretty ugly and dangerous), not all the cameras are set it up yet (there were none at our hallway), the shower cover inside the bathroom window is not working cause it’s not set it up yet either. Of course all of this can be fixed but they should be checked and fixed before we use. It’s okay the couple little construction works they need to fix but not at the night time. The Pool bar drink menu prices are okay besides the beer! Way to much for a beer bottle. I would love to say something to the management, who make the guys clean the restaurant at breakfast time, needs more than a smily face. It’s more to write about them but I don’t want to ruin anybody’s job. SEVINC is also great playing with kids. She helped us a lot and kids loved her. The most experienced person by his job is waiter FIRAT. He has done awesome job and gave us the best customer service compare to all the workers in the hotel. The restaurant food has excellent menu and taste. The kitchen was the best part of the hotel. The food and staff smily face saved the hotel.
