Tahtali Hotel — Hotel in Akdeniz

If you look for a quite reasonable, clean and modern hotel in Mersin, then I advise you to choose Tahtali Hotel. I paid for a single room 40 Turkish Lira. I could know about this hotel on the internet. The price was a wonderful one, but what about the standard, I asked myself before I came to the hotel. I paid 40 TL for a single room, but internet use at the hotel computers was free, I got tea almost every half an hour. I would possibly pay for these at an other hotel. Then I saved up some money there.||Room is quite modern for this price. Low price possibly because of high degree of competition between the hotels in that area of Mersin.||But perhaps there is one disadvantage. The area is not a one where you can walk and explore new things. Nothing to do there, except visiting the bars with the ladies in the vicinity. The hotel is however located vis a vis the main bus terminal in Mersin. So if you come to Mersin by bus for one -two nights then you can just pull your luggage accross the street. ||If you like to walk, it would take one hour to walk to the seashore ( not advised in the evenings) or a taxi with a drive of 4-5km would cost 7-9 USD there. Yaklaşık 11 yıl öncesinde de defalarca kalmış olduğum bir otel, yıllar sonra yeniden kaldığımda pandeminin otel sektörünü e kadar ağır etkilediğinin bizzat şahidi oldum. Daha evvel onlarca kişi istihdam eden bu işletme ne yazıkki pandemideki işsizlik neticesinde mecburen personel sayisinda azaltmaya gitmiş. Haliyle bu durum otelin hizmetlerine yansımış durumda, güler yüzlü ve müşteri ile alakalı insanlar konusunda sıkıntı yok yine kendinizi evinize gelmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Otelin biraz bakım ve temizliğe ihtiyacı var eminim bunlarda müşteriler eskisi gibi gelip gitmeye başlayınca çözülecektir yılların işletmecileri işini bilen insanlar. Otel mersinin eski otogarının karşısında, otopark sıkıntısı yok, merkezi yerde, odalar gayet geniş ve ferah, yataklar rahat, 24 saat çayımız hazır, klima ve televizyon mevcut, sabun ve şampuan, terlik mevcut, fiyatlar her daim rakiplerine göre bir tık uygun oldu hala öyle. Kahvaltı ücretsiz saat 10 a kadar var. Genelde pazarlamacı ve iş için gelenler olduğundan kahvaltıya erken inmekte fayda var ama merak etmeyin sizi aç göndermezler. Fiyatına göre çok iyi, odalar her gün temizleniyor pislik içinde diyenler başka bir otel için yazdı herhalde not düşme ihtiyacı hissettim. 20 gün iş için kaldım. Çalışanlar samimi ve yardım sever insanlar. açık büfe kahvaltı sunuyor ancak vaktinde inmezseniz pek birşey kalmayabiliyor. wireless pek tat vermese de fiyat olarak sundukları hizmet çok iyi diyebilirim.
