We had a memorable stay at this hotel, arriving on the 16th of October 2023. The pristine surroundings and breathtaking ocean view set the stage for a fantastic holiday experience. Throughout our stay, we found the rooms and the entire hotel to be impeccably clean. The staff members were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcomed and cared for. Initially, I had reservations about certain services and experiences, drawing comparisons to past vacations in different countries. However, as I settled in, I realised how enjoyable and relaxing this holiday truly was, thanks to the hotel's offerings and ambiance.
A standout for me was the variety of activities, particularly the archery, beginners tennis, and the invigorating fitness bike (spinning class) led by the delightful Olya from Belarus. She made the experience engaging and enjoyable. The entertainment team's dedication was commendable, catering to guests of all nationalities, including both Russians and English holidaymakers in our group. It was evident that they strived to ensure everyone had a memorable time, regardless of their background. Overall, our stay was nothing short of delightful, and we left with cherished memories of a well-spent vacation in this idyllic location.
There was no extra charge for ice and regular menu cocktails. Larger and more variety of cocktails are available at extra cost but like all other Al inclusive resorts these are clearly states on the menus a around. Safe in the room is extra cost and so is WiFi. However WiFi is free in all other areas of the hotel.
A travel story for my friends in Canada.
Nestled along the sun-kissed shores of the Mediterranean, the exquisite AQI Pegasos Royal, located in the enchanting coastal town of Antalya, Turkey, offered an unparalleled retreat that seamlessly blended luxury, leisure, and indulgence. From the moment we arrived on a balmy October afternoon, the captivating ocean vista, accompanied by the meticulously manicured grounds, set the stage for a captivating escape.
Impeccably maintained, the resort exuded an aura of pristine elegance, with the spacious rooms reflecting a careful attention to cleanliness and comfort. The staff's genuine warmth and impeccable service added an extra layer of hospitality, ensuring every moment felt nothing short of a personalized experience.
The resort revealed itself as a sanctuary for holistic wellness, with a dedicated spa offering a range of indulgent treatments that rejuvenated the mind, body, and spirit. Furthermore, the abundance of tennis courts scattered across the lush grounds provided a haven for sports enthusiasts, allowing them to indulge in spirited matches while soaking in the coastal ambiance.
Our culinary journey within the resort was a delight, as the diverse restaurants catered to every palate, offering an array of delectable dishes from various cuisines. Notably, the kitchen's meticulous attention to dietary preferences and allergies underscored the establishment's commitment to ensuring a seamless and inclusive dining experience for all guests.
A highlight for families was the specially designated children's dining area, thoughtfully designed to offer young ones a comfortable space to enjoy their meals and participate in self-service activities, fostering a sense of independence and delight.
A short stroll from the resort led us to the pristine beach, where the all-inclusive beach bars served an assortment of refreshing hot and cold beverages, allowing us to savor the delights of the sun and the sea. Whether it was the invigorating fitness classes led by the charismatic Olya or the irresistible allure of the complimentary ice cream, every aspect of our stay at the AQI Pegasos Royal contributed to an unforgettable holiday experience.
As we bid adieu to this coastal gem, we carried with us the echoes of laughter, the whispers of the sea, and the soothing echoes of the Mediterranean breeze, all woven intricately into the fabric of our cherished memories at the AQI...

chadine ellis 5/5 an hour ago on Google I stayed at Pegasos Royal for 1 week on an all-inclusive deal with Tui at the beginning of September 2022. We had the best holiday here. After a 2 hour drive from the airport we arrived at night time, a little before 12am. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and also sympathetic to the fact that we had such a long journey. Just to note- We did stop at a sort of small service station an hour in, which had clean toilets and was a good opportunity to stretch our legs. Anyways we were offered a sandwich lunch box on arrival and we're checked in very quickly so we could go up and sleep. Our room was nice and clean, not the most modern but it was absolutely fine for us, we were very happy with it. Our luggage was brought up around 20 mins later. We woke up to the best sea views ever, from the 4th floor (which we upgraded to). The hotel in itself could be considered dated however it Cannot be faulted, at all! It was so clean throughout. The facilities were great, inside and out. Aircon was great throughout entire hotel. Now for the pool scene. This hotels pools were the best that I have ever experienced at any hotel. Hands Down! Literally spoilt for choice. Slides to little kids and old. Separate area for those who dont want all the splashing. I honestly didn't even check out all the pools options as you have the benefit of using the 2 neighbouring hotels pools as well. If poolside isn't your thing just take a 1 minute walk to the beach. Where the sand beautifully yellow and clean but Hot!!! And stepping into the sea is like having a warm bath. This beach was so so beautiful and so surprisingly quiet. This hotel has the most ideal location. The hotel shops were all great, well priced and offered everything that the outside shops did. However you can find a row of shall shops across the road from the hotel. Other than that, there are not many amenities around this area. However we took a 10 mins bus ride (or mins in a taxi) to the pharmacy and mini market. The bus services are great, easy to use and cheap. We took the bus to the dolphin show that we booked through our Tui rep. We was a little nervous at the thought as we had a 4 year old with us but the driver Literally called out to us when is was our stop Anddd there was aircon! FOOD!- Talk about spoilt for choice. Anyone who has any complaints about the food has to be crazy. You could Literally get any dish you wanted, chinese, Italian, indian, Turkish, BBQ, Pizzas, burgers. You name it. My daughter had spag bowl every night and loved it. I only eat fish and has endless options. They had a vegan and vegetarian stand with a few nice choices also. To add, there is a whole restaurant for kids WITHIN the main restaurant. It had all the foods kids love, healthy ones too and some even cut into fun shapes. You could choose to dine inside or out, both were beautifully layed out. In the daytime the free ice cream kept us all cool and happy. As for alcoholic drinks, they were the best as only local brands were used and the barstaff clearly weren't trained in cocktail making or mixology but you always had a laugh when being served. What we would do was bring our own bottle of alcohol down to the shows and just top up the cocktails to make em stronger. Entertainment was really good. The fire show was Amazing and you can watch the entertainment at the other 2 hotels also. The kiddie disco was always fun and was a great way for the little ones to make friends. To some up this long review. We had an amazing stay at Pegasos Royal hotel and cannot wait to stay again. I also want to credit the 3 members or management/ owners. They came over during the daytime and at dinner to greet guests, ask how we were doing and even take photos for us. The service was really...
Read morePegasos Resort We stayed a week in the end of October and were mostly pleased. Two adults and two teenagers.
The facilities are well maintained and all of the staff friendly and helpful, if somewhat unpolished in their service sometimes. English language was at a very low level, but hand signs and good will mostly works. All the front desk staff spoke good English.
The beach is very nice and we spent long days there, feeding the fish by the pier is fun. We had reserved beach chairs as part of the premium package, but there were plenty of chairs available. Nice that there is a beach bar, but oddly limited choices there. It's a nice touch that you can swap beach towels every day, but could be made simpler if it you could leave and get new towels in one occasion instead of two.
The food was plentiful and the range of choices is huge. We ate in the main buffet restaurant most evenings, we always came away full, a few dishes were well tasting, but much was bland and not well cooked, which leads to huge waste, you could see people having to fry plate after plate until they found something they liked. The service was attentive and they kept the restaurant clean. Nice selection of fruit at all servings. The pastry chef Selman(?) created nice desserts and was a nice social experience as well. We also tried both the Asian and Italian á la carte offerings, unfortunately the dishes were not well cooked and sometimes outright odd, as if they'd just guessed at the recepies.
We had two mornings at the á la carte breakfast included, which oddly enough isn't served from a menu, but rather is just a table serving of dishes from the buffet, neither of which we would have chosen ourselves. Since we didn't want to go again, we were given tickets for fresh squeezed juice in the breakfast buffet restaurant instead, but when we wanted to use them, suddenly the juice service was nowhere to be found.
We perused some of the bars around the complex and most of the drinks tasted OK, it's local brands of course, but they do serve on-brand soft drinks and coffee, which we appreciated. There are also premium drink selections in a few places, at pretty exorbitant prices.
We never used the pools much as they are not heated and pretty cold at the end of the season, but the sea was pleasant enough.
The evening entertainment I would rank at the higher end of the scale for these kind of resorts, with one MAJOR MINUS, which is the presenter / entertainment manager. The man spoke mostly unintelligible gibberish that I don't think hardly anyone understands, when you did understand him he made fun of guests and made crude sexist comments about the looks and bodies of female performers, he's a shame for your establishment.
We stayed in a "family suite", which was clean and whole, with two bathrooms which we appreciated. The beds were rock hard and we had sore backs after the first night, but asked for and got extra mattresses, which helped a little bit. The air conditioner made little good, but was very noisy, I can only imagine how bad it must be in summer temperatures. There also was an odd smell in one of the bathrooms, likely from mold or leaking sewer lines.
There's plenty of stores selling counterfeit goods all over the hotel, which is a bit odd, but perhaps par for the course. There's also a small cluster of stores selling counterfeit goods of all choices across the street, where there is also a small convenience store with saner pricing than the ones on the resort.
As for the premium package, we didn't really feel it was worth the price, we didn't much enjoy the restaurants, we could have easily picked up towels ourselves and the advertised discount at the spa was actually less than they...
