Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would gladly recommend it — especially to families or couples looking to relax, enjoy great food, and explore a beautiful city just minutes away from the resort.
Let me start with what truly stood out:
The food and kitchen staff were fantastic — every meal was delicious, and service was always warm and professional. The bar staff were equally excellent, consistently kind and attentive regardless of whether you tipped or not, which speaks volumes about their attitude and work ethic.
The reception team was also incredibly helpful and polite, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.
Our room was always spotless, and despite the furnishings not being the newest, everything was cleaned thoroughly with fresh towels and bed linen provided daily. Housekeeping deserves a special mention for their hard work and attention to detail.
Unfortunately, not everything lived up to the expectations set in the hotel’s official offer. For example, the advertised nightclub with music until 2:00 AM simply didn’t exist during our stay. Over the course of a full week, music was played in the so-called disco area (a small stage with some lights) only twice — both times until midnight — and oddly enough, the same playlist was played straight from a USB stick. When I asked the DJ why it ended early, he told me to speak to the management.
This brings me to the only real downside of our stay: the event and guest relations management team. Sadly, they seemed disorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hospitality skills. During one of their “Turkish Night” events, they decided to set up food stations and grills by the pool — while guests were still using that space. Instead of politely organizing an alternative area or making an announcement, a woman who introduced herself as a manager (Mahdi or Madiho) started waving her hands and literally chasing people off their sunbeds, which felt extremely rude and disrespectful. I was honestly shocked by her behavior and began pretending to record her reaction with my phone. That was enough to make her rush over and attempt to snatch it out of my hand.
To make things worse, she couldn’t speak a word of English, which is surprising for someone in a managerial position at an international resort. She barked something in Russian and pointed us toward the most crowded part of the pool area, expecting us to move immediately. When I calmly asked if she could help us find another spot, she called over the guest relations manager, who was more focused on demanding that I delete the “recording” (which never existed) than actually solving the situation. He even threatened to “report me to the travel agency” for “breaking rules,” which felt absurd.
It’s a shame, because had they shown even a fraction of the warmth and professionalism that the rest of the staff did, I wouldn’t have had to raise any concerns at all. I didn’t come to argue, only to relax — like most guests.
Funny enough, they spent the entire day preparing for the evening, but once the event was over, all the tables and equipment were packed up in under an hour. The whole situation could have been handled easily after pool hours — without the drama.
That said, the overall experience was still very positive. If you’re someone with a good sense of humor and you’re coming to relax, eat well, enjoy the sun, and maybe explore the surroundings — this resort is a solid choice. I’ve been to several Turkish resorts, both high-end and more modest ones, and there are always some small issues, but this hotel offers great value for money.
I’m giving 5 stars, and it’s all thanks to the hard-working staff: the lifeguards, the entertainers, the lady handing out towels at the pool — everyone on the ground level who made our stay special. As for the upper management… I sincerely hope they read this and take something...
Read moreA fairytale that you will not want to miss! Quattro is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. After being here, I worry that I will find it difficult to enjoy my stay in other hotels as much!
I felt like home since the first second I walked inside. The cleanliness, hospitality and food amazed me more and more every day! The friendly staff are going to treat you like royalty!
Quattro is perfect for everyone, weather you are a couple, family or just trying to have a nice holiday with your friends. My advice, don't miss out on any events planned by the amazing animation team! Usually everything starts at 7pm. An important note: on the main stage, at 21:00, every night, there is a short kids club, but be patient because at 21:45 the main event starts. I was so amazed by every single event, i would watch it all over and over again! I would also want to add that even though there are still events happening after 23:00 o'clock, the hotel is quite quiet so if you want to rest you won't be disturbed.
In addition, I would also want to mention some amazing people that made our stay at Quattro a dream! Let's start with Baran, the entertainment manager. I can't thank enough this amazing person for the time, effort, positive energy, laughter and opportunities he provided for me and my family! You are a star Baran and i swear we miss you like crazy! Thank you for every second spent with us and for everything you do for everyone! You give Quattro such an amazing spirit! Equally enough i would love to thank Yavuz, the bar chief! Thank you for making us feel special, for taking care of us 24/7, making us happier every day, for all the good beverages and food you let us try, thank you for being awesome! We all are internally grateful for everything you both did and we love you!
Furthermore, I would like to thank Gamzenur from the Patisserie. Thank you for always welcoming us with a smile and positive energy! Thank you Ugur - reception, for all the gifts and amazing energy you shared with us. Okan Adar, for the outstanding service and taking care of us! I also need to thank Metin from the fish restaurant for his amazing service! Emre Durmus, Ibrahim Sahin and Yusuf Colak thank you for all for being extremely kind, for all the laughter, great service and amazing moments!
Thank you Quattro for making this the best holiday ever! We love you and...
Read moreWe spent 10 days on vacation at the Quattro Beach Spa hotel. We were accommodated in a room for people with disabilities. When we asked at the reception why healthy people were placed in a disabled room, they said that most of their rooms are like that. We stayed the first night, but in the morning different staff at the reception changed our room without any problem.||We’ve traveled a lot around Turkey, but this might be the first hotel where the smell of chlorine follows you everywhere. It’s literally everywhere. The food is very average — plenty of sweets, but they’re inedible. The coffee is bad. The entrance to the sea isn’t great either — lots of stones.||The only real plus is the service staff — they’re helpful and attentive. They stand in line like soldiers waiting for every plate. Something I’ve encountered only in this hotel is that you can enter the gym only with sports shoes. What kind of nonsense is that? I don’t have enough space in my suitcase to pack sports outfits, tuxedos, and all that.||I was also very surprised at the end of October when the hotel organized a party for its staff, but sent the remaining guests — and there weren’t many of us left since the season was ending — to have dinner at the outdoor bar. Meanwhile, the main restaurant was reserved for the staff and their guests, who apparently were considered more special than the paying vacationers. Very “hospitable” hotel indeed 💪||In addition, quite a few people there were sick.|The location is decent, about 3.5 km from Konakli center. Unfortunately, there was nothing in this hotel that would make us want to return.||Oh, and about the cocktails — they’re absolutely terrible. They don’t even bother mixing them properly. They just pour in some milk, vodka, blow some foam on top, and that’s it — drink up. Honestly, they’re really,...
